Steven serviced my boiler and I will definitely use his services again. From first point of contact he kept me fully informed . Arrived on time, polite and easy to talk with. Explained everything that was done then sent report to my email address. His price was very reasonable and was exactly as he had quoted. I would highly recommend his company.

Very happy with Steven’s work. He serviced my gas boiler this week. Steven arrived spot on time, did an excellent job and talked me through all he had done.

Steven carried out a gas boiler service for me today, this is the second year in a row that I have used him.
Arrives on time and works in a very professional manner, explains the tests being carried out and leaves an electronic record of the details.

Steven gave a competitive price and was able to fit in the boiler service within a couple of days. He was running a few minutes late on the day of the appointment, but text to let me know that - many more trades could learn from this example! We called Steve out to disconnect our cooker to have the floor replaced and then connect again afterwards. He was very professional and thorough and took great care not to damage anything when replacing the cooker. I would definitely recommend SB.
