An Annual Gas Safety Check was undertaken in a timescale as promised with both ourselves and tenant kept informed of the schedule at each step of the way.

Dropped Steven a text to arrange a date for my annual boiler service. All arranged without hassle and to suit my timeline. Steven arrived on time, completed the service and explained the various readings, etc. Will continue to use SB Heating, no complaints whatsoever. Would 100% recommend.

Steven was slightly late because of a job taking longer than anticipated and text me twice to keep me in the loop when he would arrive. The work carried out (boiler service) was efficiently carried out and would explain the work being carried out. 10/10.

Fabulous response time to initial text asking for an appointment. Steven text because the time had to be changed. He was on time and very efficient. He provided written reports and gave verbal report as well. He checked our boiler and gas fire.

Have used Steven for the last 2 years in my previous property, purchased a flat 4 weeks ago gas boiler is 18 years old, and appeared on its last legs, Steven did what he could in his usual efficient way , he agreed when I asked to get quotes for a new boiler, and will advise, will have no hesitation in using Steven to install new boiler, he is an excellent tradesman and would recommend and do to those that ask me.
