This is the first time I have used SB to service my boiler.
Steven had car problems but he contacted me immediately to say he would be late and apologised for the delay. As it turned out he was only a few minutes over the expected time.
Steven is a very polite and personable young man.
He carried out the job proficiently keeping me informed of what he was doing. When the job was complete he explained the results to me.
I will definitely be using him again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I highly recommend SB Heating & Gas. Steven is very reliable and always keeps appointments. If for any reason he needs to change the appointment, he will always contact you to let you know and to rearrange another appointment. He is efficient , knows what he is doing and is thoroughly reliable.

Sealing a redundant live gas pipe.
Cannot fault on any aspect of the work. Quote was quickly given and agreed to. Appointment was quickly made and accepted. Trader was at house at exactly the right time. A few minutes discussing my requirements, work was completed quickly with no problems at all.
