Review a trader

I am absolutely delighted with my building works by Evana. The price was very reasonable and work of a high standard.
The area was left very tidy. The guys even neatened up expanding foam round my gas box and fixed a wobbly step while they were here.
Would definitely go to Evana for other work.

I have used Craig from ASAP Locksmiths twice now and both times the work has been exceptional.

I recently moved into a flat and the inner mechanism of the handle from the entrance door was faulty, causing me to be locked out which Craig replaced within an hour allowing me access to the property.

The yale lock that came with the door had been replaced by my letting agency as it was also faulty and caused me to get locked in the flat on day 1 of getting the keys. The replacement was misaligned by the initial contractor and was not suitable for purpose as it now wouldn't lock.

With the work Craig did with the handle, I was confident he would correct this in a professional and timely fashion and I had requested the letting agency arrange for him to come out again which they did.

Craig did another fantastic job with this, realining the keep so the bolt on the replaced yale lock would fit and profesaionally filling the area surrounding the keep so that the area around the lock was seamless.

I'm extremely happy with Craig's work and I am happy to recommend him.

Gerry came out within an hour or so of me contacting KG Key Services with problem with my front door. He was very knowledgeable and spent time with me giving me very helpful and clear advice. He fixed the problem, explained clearly what the issue was and all without suggesting further work that wasn't necessary. It was a pleasant, reassuring and positive experience dealing with Gerry. Chris was fantastic! He came out at very short notice, even though it was his day off, to fix my blocked toilet pipe. He was friendly, professional, and got the problem sorted quickly. Just had roof on my mums bungalow replaced. Initially I didn’t know which company to go with and I had to rely very much on Trusted Trader reviews etc. I am so glad I did as Kenny and his team did a fantastic job. They are a small family business but the work ethic and commitment to the job by all of his team was second to none. And the end result was delivered earlier than I expected, on budget and all rubbish was cleared up. If it wasn’t for the nice new roof you’d never know they’d been here!!

Would I use them again if I had a construction project? Absolutely and I have no hesitation in recommending Kenny and his team to anyone else. Yes, you might have to wait for your job to be scheduled but believe me it is worth the wait and you will not be disappointed.
