Annual service of gas boiler and gas fire. Mr Boyd undertook the servicing in a very professional manner ensuring that all surfaces close to the equipment were protected from any soot or debris. He explained what he was going to do on commencement and briefed us on the work done on completion.

Shelley was extremely polite and helpful from start to finish. Adrian and Sean worked tirelessly and didn't stop for a break once. The price was also very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

James did a brilliant job for me, fixing a decaying mullion. He visited the day after I was in touch, to assess the job; he explained the options very clearly; he sent a detailed quote; he came round to do the job the following week. Most important of all for me, he was trustworthy: I am no expert in stonemasonry but felt I was in very safe hands, with no attempt to bamboozle me with expertise! And the costs were very reasonable in comparison with other quotes I got. Very impressive all round on knowledge, trust, communication, speed, costs and results.
