Stephen broke my boiler and said he was leaving to get the spare parts. He never returned and has stopped responding to calls or texts. Avoid.

I needed someone to cap off my gas fire in the living room. SB heating and gas services responded almost immediately and gave me a quote over the phone, when the engineer arrived he capped of the gas and also gave me paperwork and invoice for the job, and left a clean area.
Also, he tightened a leaking radiator at no extra cost, I am delighted with the work undertaken and would recommend to my friends.

Excellent service from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and carried out the boiler service thoroughly. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. The work was completed efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. It’s reassuring to know the boiler has been checked properly and is running safely and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality boiler service.

Steven came and installed our gas cooker, done a brilliant job even showed us everything about the cooker. would use again highly recommend.

I cancelled all my jobs that Thursday to try get another dial before I left for my holidays early Friday - Unfortunately did not manage to get one same day, having travelled through to Edinburgh so I ordered one online to arrive mid holiday.
When I'm on holiday my work phone remains in Scotland turned off, hence why I did not respond to any messages through my time off.
Unfortunately through bad luck and timing this negative review was left the day I arrived back got the email literally just after I landed back in Scotland (I got notification of it on the way back home from the airport) and as per Trusted Trader policy I did not contact you after the review, and did not reply to the texts, as its not allowed following a negative review.
It was extremely bad luck I broke the dial the day before my annual break and I did try to make amends; I do apologise for the dial breaking and would have repaired the dial and completed the service and visit the same day I landed had I had 1-2 more hours to get home and check my work phone.
