Service gas combi boiler. His response to my request for this was prompt and detailed. He arrived on time and was friendly and clearly knowledgeable, and didn't mind explaining what the service involved and what the various figures meant!

Steven capped/disconnected my old gas cooker, explaining what he had done. He was efficient, friendly & professional. He communicated with me continuously regarding date, suitable arrival time etc. Would definitely recommend.

Steven checked my boiler and gas metre, and produced a gas service record and landlord gas safety record. Steven came on time, did his job promptly, explained what he has done. Sent me the records just after he has finished. Can't fault him and I will use his service next year.

This is the 2nd time I've used Steven to service my boiler.
He always advises when he is on the way and always makes sure the area is left the way he found it.
In addition, all paperwork is completed for the warranty on my boiler and electronic copies are sent to my nominated email address.
Would recommend to all.

Steven serviced my boiler and I will definitely use his services again. From first point of contact he kept me fully informed . Arrived on time, polite and easy to talk with. Explained everything that was done then sent report to my email address. His price was very reasonable and was exactly as he had quoted. I would highly recommend his company.
