Email sent regarding service , I’ve had to rearrange couple of appointments due to ill health , this company email back within a matter of minutes .
Engineer came out today , was on time , friendly and serviced boiler as agreed . Sent confirmation and invoice immediately .

steven is your guy, very nice person. honest and reliable and prices are in the price range for me, was very happy for him to work away without supervision. this was a service for my boiler, also asked about radiators and termotates, which he gave me advise on. this is a excellent tradesman

Steven took the trouble to clearly explain his findings throughout the boiler service.
Fortunately no problems.
He texted me before he arrived to tell me that he would be a few minutes late, which I appreciated.
Extremely professional and respectful, I won't hesitate to recommend him, and
the cost was very reasonable too.
