As an NICEIC approved contractor, we at Energize Electrical will always aim to put the high standards of the NICEIC into everything we do and always adhere to the highest levels of safety and perform the best quality of work possible for all our customers.

Energize changed and fitted multiple light fittings and sockets in my flat. I also had new pendant light fittings fitted and am thrilled with all the work that has been carried out. They carried out everything extremely efficiently and to a very high standard - I would highly recommend them to others and will definitely be using their services again in the future - thank you!

I called up Energize Electrical because a small-scale electrical repair was needed in my bathroom. They were really proactive in getting me a slot as soon as possible (which turned out to be the next morning) and every step of the way they were helpful and utterly professional.
In terms of the on-the-job, Campbell was a dream. Really nice guy, obviously very good at his job. The repairs were done in under an hour and to a really high standard. The whole thing could've cost double what it did and I would have been chuffed.

Neil and his team were excellent. We had an issue with a beeping battery but were out of town. Neil called me immediately and was able to pick up keys from elsewhere in Edinburgh and solve the issue. I then hired them to replace the old smoke alarms and remove a burglar alarm which was really old. Neil was responsive throughout, going into all the details of how the job will be completed and kept me up to date at every step. Would use again and would highly recommend.

time for re-wiring the property all took under two weeks. The contact with them
has been of a high standard, with the guys being courteous and professional in all
aspect of the work / quotes given to me. Nothing was a problem even when I had
to change one of the appointment times at extremely short notice - nice to get to speak to a person who can understand your problems and help out.

Energize installed a Simpson electric vehicle charger for me. The whole process was very efficient and effortless and I particularly appreciated their responsiveness to my enquiry and subsequent speed of producing a quote and carrying out the work. I think the price was fair considering the work done.
The people involved were very helpful and demonstrated a “can do” attitude that is not often found in tradespeople, particularly electricians who often seem more interested in criticising your existing installation than suggesting ways to resolve problems. In this case, the cable routing was done entirely in line with my preference and is very unobtrusive.
I will be using them for more work in the future.

EV Charger and exterior lighting installation. Overall great, friendly and trustworthy service by all of the team, including Neil, Campbell, Ross and Jordan. Very helpful in coming out to assess the work in advance and answering all of my questions. There was a manufacturer issue with one of the lights that were fitted and they came back out within a couple of days to sort. Definitely would recommend. Thank you!

Energize Electrical fitted a kitchen extraction system for me which included ducting through a garage and outside. They were very professional from the outset and communication was clear and speedy. I have dealt with many trades over the years but this was a revelation in terms of efficiency and customer service. I can't fault them and highly recommend.

Great service from Energize. Good telephone contact for initial query and quote, and easy to arrange visits. Everyone turned up when they said they would and a really good job done. The place was left so clean and tidy too! I’ll definitely be using the team for more electrical work in the future.

We had a water damaged ceiling in a utility room which we thought was caused by the MEV extraction unit. Campbell arranged for the joiner Bryan and his team to cut out a portion of the ceiling to assess where water damage was coming from. Bryan did a brilliant job,very clean and tidy opening the ceiling. It turned out the damage was coming from a different source which had now dried. Campbell asked if we still wanted to replace the noisy MEV unit as it was not causing the issue. We advised we wanted it replaced and Campbell sourced and fitted a new unit. It was a very tricky job as the space between the joists was very limited but the new unit was fitted and works perfectly(so quiet we do not know it is on.) Bryan and Bob then returned and fitted a new removable opening with which we are delighted. Overall great communication between the client, the electrician and the joiner and you are left with a very happy customer.

Neil and his team came to my attention from Tesla website when I was seeking professional electricians to install a Tesla home charger. From the start until installation, Neil and his team were very good in every aspect of communication, reliability and they Wu confidence inspiring with their knowledge and experience. They took time to listen to my questions and concerns over the options for cable routing through the house and installation point. I did not feel pressured at any time, and they went out of their way to return to my home again with an extra trip for them, just so I can repeat our initial discussion about the options again. I felt I was in good trustworthy hands. It was also very helpful that I did not need to look further, already knowing that they had also done a fantastic job installing a home charger at our friends place recently. Their quote seemed very fair and when the day for installation came, Ross the engineer was very professional, skilful and did an exceedingly good job. It has been more than a week since and we are enjoying using the home charger. I will highly recommend Energize Electrical.
