Energize Electrical was established to provide a comprehensive service to all domestic and commercial sectors.
We are trusted and reliable electricians who serve customers throughout the City of Edinburgh and the Lothians. We have extensive experience of residential and business electrical installations both large and small.
As an NICEIC approved contractor, we at Energize Electrical will always aim to put the high standards of the NICEIC into everything we do and always adhere to the highest levels of safety and perform the best quality of work possible for all our customers.
This means that our work is regularly assessed to ensure that it meets all the current regulations as well as the industry standards. It also gives our customers, reassurance and guarantees that if for any reason work does not meet the correct standard it will be corrected under the terms of the scheme.
We will constantly develop and enhance our skills with up-to-the-minute industry information to ensure that we’re able to apply maximum expertise to every project that we are part of. I got Neil and the team in for installation of EV Charger, backdoor lighting, changing light pendants and fixing a smoke alarm.
The communication was excellent from the initial scoping of the work, while the work was being carried out and post completion checks. I am really pleased with the work.

I was getting a ceiling light and an outside light getting changed over.
Jordan ,who is a young lad did a very good job and was very polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Neil keeps you up to date with what's happening. Good to know that there is tradesmen that keep to their promise.

Very pleased with the job just completed by Energize Electrical. 6 spotlights replaced in my bathroom and a plug socket moved in my kitchen. The guys are always friendly, respectful and efficient. This is the 2nd time I have used them and I will not hesitate to use them again for any electrical work that I will need done in the future !!

Decided to go for an EV charger on a Sunday afternoon. Made and enquiry and was contacted within an hour. Monday morning, had a site visit to assess the job. The quote was inline with what I was expecting from various bits of online research. The speed of response was impressive and I decided to commit. A couple of weeks the later, the job has been done to an excellent standard. Happy to recommend.

Neil and his team have done an excellent job installing 2 x 3 phase sockets as well as a 240v socket. Their communication from the initial enquiry to the finished job has been brilliant.
Campbell and Jordon were great on site proving their expertise and executing what was required with no fuss or disruption to our daily workings.
A pleasure to have this company on site and look forward to using Energize Electrical (Scot) Ltd again in the future.

I came across energize electrical when reviewing approved local EV charger installers to have a new charger installed at a new build. They appeared to have high ratings and a solid reputation as well as the services we needed.
I can attest that this reputation is well founded. Neil and his team were highly professional. You can tell that customer service and integrity appears to be at the forefront of this team.
