We are trusted and reliable electricians who serve customers throughout the City of Edinburgh and the Lothians. We have extensive experience of residential and business electrical installations both large and small.
As an NICEIC approved contractor, we at Energize Electrical will always aim to put the high standards of the NICEIC into everything we do and always adhere to the highest levels of safety and perform the best quality of work possible for all our customers.
This means that our work is regularly assessed to ensure that it meets all the current regulations as well as the industry standards. It also gives our customers, reassurance and guarantees that if for any reason work does not meet the correct standard it will be corrected under the terms of the scheme.

Underfloor heating thermostat wired up/fitted.
Very happy with the work done by Energize. Communication was excellent throughout, the guys were punctual with a high standard of workmanship and the work area was left neat and tidy. Would certainly use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We were getting some bulkhead light fittings changed to oendants and redundant wiring removed.
Enegize arrived promptly, carried out the work efficiently and took great care in tidying up after.

The team were great. They installed new pendant lights and fire alarms in our flat. There was clear communication from the start, promptly responded to messages and calls. The team were polite and professional throughout from the initial quote visit through to completion of work. I had a slight issue with wrong light fitting being delivered but they helped me resolve it and came back to finish the work once correct light delivered. Would highly recommend their services

A quick and efficient team. Got a new EV charger installed. Came to house to assess works required. Digital quote sent through. Once I confirmed I was happy for the works to go ahead I got put onto the books straightaway. The team showed up on time to do the work and got it done without any fuss. Would definitely recommend.

We were in a tight spot and needed an EICR certificate for a flat we own on short notice, and Energize Electrical came to our rescue. From the very first contact, their communication was fantastic. They were incredibly timely, and the electricians who visited were lovely guys—friendly, professional, and efficient.
They completed the survey quickly and gave us on-the-spot advice, which was a huge help. What really set them apart was how they went the extra mile. After the visit, they provided us with useful advice and recommendations for the property.
We could not recommend Energize Electrical enough. Their service was outstanding, and they made a potentially stressful situation easy to handle.

Excellent service, from my first enquiry to the final install. An otherwise simple EV Charger installation was complicated by the fact that I needed to get a new energy supply installed first, and Neil was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with Scottish Power Energy Networks to make that happen. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

The Energize team from start to finish were first class. We had a business 22Kw charger installed on three phase connection. They helped us every step of the way, from looking at grants, to a site visit to ensure the best possible service and quick install on the second visit with no surprises.
