Our initial enquiry was handled quickly and Neil visited us the following day to assess our needs, answer our questions and give some guidance. Jordan did a great job on the install, tuned up when expected, got on with minimum fuss, answered my questions and took us through the new equipment at the end.

If only all service providers could be like this.

Energize came today and replaced our electricity distribution box (fuse box) and updated 24 down lighters to meet the new home starter standards. They gave us a quote, discussed the work in advance, booked a date, sent some polite reminders and turned up on time. Once they arrived they told us exactly what they were going to do and how long the power would be off. As ever their work was highly professional and done efficiently and competently. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a few sockets and switches installed in old property. Work was done promptly, efficiently and tidily. Communication was first rate. Would recommend.

I honestly cannot praise Energize Electrical highly enough. Having lived in the UK for quite some time, I can genuinely say that this is one of the best, most professional and efficient companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Before finding Energize Electrical, I had approached another company to install an EV charger at our home. Not only was their quotation extremely expensive, but they also made the whole installation sound incredibly complicated. We were told that the ground might need to be dug up and that extensive work could be required. By the end of it, what should have been an exciting step towards getting our new EV became something we were genuinely worried about.

Then we found Neil at Energize Electrical, and the experience could not have been more different.

From our very first conversation, Neil was straightforward, reassuring and completely transparent. There were no inflated prices or unnecessary complications. His quotation was very reasonable, and he explained that, from their professional point of view, the work required at our property was actually quite straightforward.

I must admit, after what we had previously been told, I was a little sceptical at first! But I decided to trust Neil and give Energize Electrical the opportunity to do the job — and I am so glad that I did.

They arranged a survey for us very quickly. Campbell, who came to carry out the survey, was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to go through everything carefully and answered every single one of our questions and concerns. Nothing felt rushed, and we were treated with genuine respect throughout.

Then came the installation, carried out by Jordan — and I was genuinely amazed. Despite being so young, his knowledge, confidence and professionalism were outstanding. He clearly knew every stage of the job inside out, worked methodically and efficiently, and was also able to offer us very helpful advice along the way. There was no unnecessary delay or messing about; he simply got on with the work and completed everything to an excellent standard. A very impressive young professional with a bright future ahead of him!

What impressed me most, however, was the way Neil followed the entire process from beginning to end. Whenever I had a question or concern, he personally took the time to call me and explain everything. We never had to worry about dealing with the relevant authorities or understanding what needed to be arranged, because Neil took care of the necessary communication and helped us through every stage.

We had also told him when our new EV was due to arrive, and despite how busy they were, he somehow managed to fit us in and arrange the installation as quickly as possible. That meant a great deal to us, and we are genuinely very grateful.

The whole experience was completely different from what we had feared. Instead of feeling stressed or worried, we felt reassured and looked after throughout. Neil’s continuous communication and follow-up gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled properly.

Professional, honest, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and genuinely customer-focused — this is exactly how a company should be run.

I can honestly say that Energize Electrical is one of the very best companies I have dealt with since living in the UK, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering an EV charger installation.

We have an EV charger supplied and fitted and had an extremely good experience. Straight from submitting an enquiry we had consistent dialogue with Neil the owner. He is clearly very knowledgeable about EV’s and we had multiple calls and correspondence to ensure what we were buying was fit for purpose. The two members of staff who fitted the product were very polite and professional and did what was agreed. We would definitely use this company again.
