As an NICEIC approved contractor, we at Energize Electrical will always aim to put the high standards of the NICEIC into everything we do and always adhere to the highest levels of safety and perform the best quality of work possible for all our customers.

I'm requesting Cambpell every time! I've had a slew of contractors (literally 15) in and out over the last 3 days since getting the keys to my new flat. Campbell is by far my favourite. He was professional, explained my options for running power to my shed including the pros and cons of those options. I asked clarifying questions, he answered them. I never felt like he was talking down to me. When he left, I knew exactly what to expect (two quotes for the options we discussed). Also, Neil has been really wonderful. I'm moving house from England, first time purchasing in the UK. Neil has explained everything I need to check from the electrical side of things. I called Neil yesterday asking for a quote about running electric to my shed. I told him it was important and I wanted to get started quite quickly on it. When I informed Neil that I would be leaving the next day for two weeks, he called back to say someone would come at 8am before I left! Absolutely amazing. Moving has been hell but working with Energize Electrical has been brilliant.

EICR test was done. Contacted Energize Electricals through recommendation by family member who had used them to install an EV charger. My issue was electrics tripping occasionally in my flat. Communications with Neil was great, he phoned, listened to my problems, and highly recommended getting an EICR done prior to upgrading my very old consumer unit. To-day Ross and Jordan carried out the EICR – all completed in an efficient and professional manner. Ross explained clearly what work needs to be done. I would happily use Energize Electricals again and would recommend to others.

The whole experience was simple and faultless throughout. From initial contact request the communication was excellent and really inspired confidence. Neil was a pleasure to deal with over the phone contacting me within minutes of initial enquiry and was very informative at each step what was needed and what was going to happen. Campbell was very professional and courteous at both initial survey (which happened same day as initial contact), and installation ensuring that he was clear on exactly where we wanted the EV charger installed, and confirming cable run plan. He was very flexible to work around my work schedule so he could take the power down when I wouldn't be impacted.

Very happy with the job today from Energize Electrical. They fitted an outside socket which I'll use to charge my EV. Talked through options and decided that's ideal for my limited mileage and convenient for cutting the grass / christmas lights etc. But they fitted a high rated cable with extra length in case I change my mind in the future.
Excellent communication and timekeeping. In and out and tidied after themselves. Would use again!

Excellent job on my car charger. Long way from the house so lots of cabling required etc. Very professionally done. And they managed the issues with the electricity company as well! (the incoming mains fuse box needed upgrading by SP Energy Networks).
Would recommend and would use Energize again for any other electrical work we have.

We had a small domestic electrical problem but had a problem getting electricians to take an interest in a small job. When I tried Energise Electrical however, they got back to me the same day. They quickly sent out someone who was able to diagnose the problem and arrange a quote. The job was done and dusted within the week.
I was kept updated at all times and the staff were polite, efficient and helpful.
Will be happy to use for any future electrical work.

The team at Energize installed an EV Charger in our garage with minimum fuss and great efficiency. They were polite and helpful throughout, left no mess and carried out a very tidy job. In fact the Charger has been fitted so well that it looks like it has been part of our garage for years. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for similar work.

The booking procedure is automated and felt v slick, with automated confirmation & reminders - and a phone call from Neil to confirm that Campbell was on his way.

All in all, v straightforward to use, no hassle, and a good job. Couldn't ask for more.

Ross came to try and find a fault we were having with our electrics, our RCD switch was tripping and we were unable to ascertain what was causing this. Ross and his colleague thoroughly checked our circuits and sockets to try and find the fault.

The individuals involved were professional at all times and clearly communicated the results of their findings and the follow up work required. The office support from Neil in the background was first class as he continually kept in touch throughout the process. An excellent firm who we will use again.

We wanted an EV charger installed and - as with other jobs - wanted to use a local company rather than a nationwide firm. This was a great decision because the level of service was excellent. The whole process was clearly explained throughout and the work was carried out in a quick timeframe. All of the team who came to our house were extremely friendly and courteous and the quality of the work was outstanding. We are very pleased with our charger and look forward to many years of good use from it. Would highly recommend Energize Electrical and will certainly use them for any future electrical needs.

Energize were brilliant. I had been let down by a previous contractor on a renovation project and was in urgent need of rewiring. I found them through Trusted Trader and Neil was on the ball and responsive from the first communication and even after they had finished. Campbell, Ross and Jordan all provided a first class service in getting the project finished on time and to a high standard. They were always on time, great to deal with and the quality of their workmanship evident in the finished product - a completely rewired flat. They were very accommodating in fitting the job in as soon as feasible which was hugely appreciated, as well as being able to leave them with keys to just get on with the job. It is worth adding that they price competitively for the high quality service which is always very welcome for any customer.
I will be using Neil and the team for any future work and would wholeheartedly recommend them, particularly reinforced by having experienced electrical services at the other end of the scale to the Energize team.
