This company came to our rescue very quickly and sealed every thing up ,awaiting material to complete the task.
When the materials arrived the task was then completed 100% and every thing was top notch with all debris removed and tided up .

This is the second time they have worked on the house first time they repointed the roof, this time the gutters were cleaned and 2 broken tiles were replaced on the roof.

They are friendly and respectful when talking with them, knowledgeable and thorough with their work, when they finish they take all their rubbish with them leaving the place tidy.

Work carried was to replace the rotten part of a guttering fascia board above sheds at a communal development. Guttering removed, new section of fascia board fitted, then guttering re-fitted including re-sealing and re-setting to provide better drainage angle. Work carried out on the agreed date and time and to the complete satisfaction of the residents.

Alan and David repaired, fitted new hinges, and rebating and fitted fire seals to 11 doors, plus number of smaller jobs. As ever excellent workmanship and a joy to work with. We could not be more pleased with the result.

We had repairs carried out to a leak in our dormer just before Christmas. Although the firm was clearly busy, they managed to fit us in and carried out the repairs. They showed us the work they had carried out and what they said made sense. No further leaks. I have now asked them to replace an internal glass door.

Remove and replace rotten lintel. Strip back portion of roof to repair gully. Clear gutters, check over house roof and make a small repair.

The work had been booked in earlier this year. David kept in touch about timescales for them coming to do the work. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work to a high standard. The work area was cleared of all debris. Friendly professional service. I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I have used W H Kay for roofing repairs. The first time was 3 years ago and I have not had any issues with those repairs. This time Alan was again a great professional with excellent communications at every stage. The work was done within a couple of weeks and pleased that my roof is now ready for winter.

David and Alan repaired the ridge line on our terraced house and did a fantastic job. They were able to provide us with a detailed quote from photographs, then arrived on time, did high quality work, talked to us about additional work they had noticed while on the roof (a cracked tile and some very loose apex tiles) and finished everything within the day. We'll definitely happily work with them again and recommend them unreservedly.

Very high winds caused the ridge on roof to break and fall drown. Text David and he came next day to make it safe. He then came back to fix ridge and cement round, also seal up other ridges to stop wind and rain getting to them.

New rear roof dormers x 2, and a general tile main roof revamp. A truly excellent service resulting in two superb new dormers at the rear of my house and a main roof than no longer leaks. All debris was completely cleared leaving my home spotless. A highly recommended trader - I could not have asked for better.
