Heating Scotland have installed my heating system and maintained it for several years. I find them very reliable, always turning up when they say they will and completing any work in a timely way. Both Steve and Aiden are polite and friendly and I look forward to hearing about Steve's charity work.

Excellent work by a two man team, who came at appointed time, worked all day on the job & finished, tidied up & left by dinner. Cannot fault their work and very personable, have used them twice now on two properties we own and would not hesitate to recommend them

I am delighted with the work carried out - replacement of two radiators. They also arranged for a plasterer to complete the work.

We had a new electric wet central heating system and a new hot water cylinder installed. The team (Steve, Aiden Ben and Shirley back at base) were brilliant.
Everyone was always very polite and attentive to our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to ask questions about the products and the installation process.
On completion of the work Steve explained how everything operated.

Over the years I have used HeatingScotland on a number of occasions. In my old flat they replaced the boiler and radiators and when we moved we called them again to do the same at the new house.
We also use HeatingScotland to service the boiler at my mothers and our house annually.
Steven and his team are extremely professional, take pride in their work and are a great group of people to work with. Steven has an encyclopedic knowledge of pretty much all trades and gives honest and great advice. When our old boiler broke down he cancelled his plans for Christmas eve, work through the day to insure my family had heating and hot water on Christmas day.
The service and quality of work provided by HeatingScotland is second to none.

New boiler fitted in new location after 25 years in the same position every other Heating engineer wanted to keep the boiler where it was .( because that was the easy option)

I can't recommend Stephen, Aiden and the team enough. Heating Scotland installed and maintain our heating system, our daughters' system and also look after the heating in a local charity. Service is always excellent. During lockdown our boiler started failing intermittently so we had no heating or hot water - this was worrying. I can't thank Stephen and Aiden enough for the professional and safe service they provided. It took a few attempts to sort the problem as the failure was random, but they checked everything and liaised with and then chased the manufacturer to get help for us. It was great that they persevered and fixed the problem. Highly recommended.

Asked to quote regarding a replacement boiler and HW tank. The e-t-e experience was first class, Steve was punctual any time he visited and took time to explain the different options as well as associated pros/cons. He and his team carried out the work in a tidy and efficient manner, were courteous and happy to explain any aspects of the job. They faced a few challenges along the way but through discussion dealt with each of these effectively.

I have no hesitation in recommending Heating Scotland and look forward to using them again for annual boiler servicing and any associated work.

The work, installation of a new electric boiler and control system was efficiently planned and carried out with a minimum of fuss. Steve, the director and his workforce, Aiden and Ben the apprentice, were able, qualified and confident in carrying out the work. Steve made us fully aware of the new system and the installation process and was happy to answer our questions. All redundant equipment and materials were removed. Altogether, a very satisfactory job.

Boiler and 7 radiators replaced, also 1 additional radiator fitted.

Recently had New Electric Boiler and radiators installed, and we were delighted with the work carried out. Aidan and Ben did a first class job, not forgetting Steve, who when he came to give us a quote, was very helpful and put our minds at rest, and gave us lots of information and advice. Heating Scotland replaced our boiler and radiator valves. They provided an excellent service at a reasonable cost. Their work was very efficient - they started and finished the job on time, cleaned up afterwards, and fully explained the system to us. We would use them again, and highly recommend them.

Sought advice re Powerflush, fitting of magnetic filter & investigation to noisy Power Shower. Prompt response to enquiry, survey date set, job date set and subsequent follow up check were all efficiently arranged and appointments kept to promised times. On the recommendation of a friend, I used this company to remove old storage heaters and instal a new system. I found them extremely pleasant to deal with, very prompt and courteous, and very ready to advise me with no pressure to make a decision. They were willing to come back at any time to help me understand the new system, and they service the boiler annually. I have found them totally reliable and would recommend them highly.
