heating Scotland replaced my gas boiler due to it was becoming troublesome to use and maintain.
They are among the most professional companies i have had the pleasure to do Business with. Through out the whole process they were consistently had excellent level of communication, time keeping, engineering knowledge and workmanship.

During the installation of the boiler the engineers discovered a issue with the installation of the condensate, which they given me two options add extra to my bill(to install a pump) or fit tubing through the wall which initially would be visible. (I chosen the tubing option)
I like how the engineers gave me the options and explained the reasons why. This leads me to suspect this company is honest when it comes to their clients.

The installation was on the 9/12/2021 no issues.

I found them to be slightly more costly compared to other companies but in my opinion it is worth it. If you are looking to install a gas boiler I suggest to give them a call.

Competitive quote was given for the work. Very happy with the entire process. Communication was excellent throughout and queries were always answered promptly. The work was carried out as advised, the guys showed up exactly on time and worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job. My questions were always answered then and there and nothing was too difficult for them.

I initially had an issue with the new Hive heating control system (not caused by Heating Scotland) and every effort was made by them to resolve the matter immediately, including replacing the entire hive system the following day.

Very happy indeed with the service provided.

From dealing with Shirley in the initial enquiry and Steve who surveyed the work to provide the quote, the process was smooth and efficient.

Aiden and Paul the heating engineers could not have been more understanding in trying to minimise the disruption to our home, choosing to cut a hatch in a cupboard floor to gain access to the pipework, thereby reducing the necessity for additional uplifting of the floor in other rooms.

At every stage they consulted us and ensured we were happy with each stage of the process. The work itself was scheduled and completed within a surprisingly short time frame that exceeded our expectations.

A minor problem at the end was resolved speedily and professionally.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Heating Scotland and would certainly use them again if needed.

I was having problems with my water not being hot all the time so I called Shirley who sent her engineer Stephen to site. It took him about 5 minutes to suss out that it was user idiocy that was to blame and he fixed my problem and showed me what the issue was [without making me look like the idiot I clearly had been].

Now, I am not versed in heating systems so he could have told me anything and charged me whatever he wanted and I would have been none the wiser but he is clearly an honest man working for an honest Company and that's worth its weight in gold.

I have since had a service on the system and again there was no messing about just a job well done and as before, at a reasonable and fair price.

I would have absolutely no issue with recommending Heating Scotland Ltd to anyone who might be in need of their services.

They previously had undertaken an annual maintenance on our gas boiler.

This time, we used them to replace our downstairs radiators, 6 in total and to remove an additional radiator.

On time, very efficient and personable. Got on with the job at hand, removed all materials and tidied up after they had finished. Very pleased and will use again.

I had a failed Expansion Vessel in my Combi Boiler. They sent an engineer out on the Friday and assessed the job. They provided a quote for a new internal vessel but advised me to get an external one fitted as it would be a third cheaper. I had a new external vessel fitted and my system was up and running the following Monday. Internal would be £350, External £210. Very Good.

We had a new boiler installed by Heating Scotland. Their quality of workmanship was excellent. They were prompt, took as long as they estimated, were unobtrusive and tidy, and charged exactly what we agreed. A very pleasant experience all round and all done safely during COVID.

We have an older boiler that the engineer managed to locate parts for even though we had been told by others we would require a new boiler when it broke down. The support from this family-run firm is terrific from Shirley in the office always on the end of the phone to Steve and his small team of engineers who are thoughtful and caring, with a great level of skill and knowledge.
We would recommend this company very highly.

Heating Scotland fixed our electric boiler when it broke down during the recent very cold snap. It's hard to find companies that deal with electric boilers so it was a relief that Heating Scotland were able to come within a few hours, diagnose the problem, work out a temporary fix and then come back a few days later to install the new part that was needed. Their service was efficient, professional and friendly. I recommend them without hesitation.

Having been using this trader since 2011 when they installed a new Combi Boiler. Work went according plan and all mess cleared away.
Having now been using them on a yearly basis to complete necessary boiler maintenance. All staff who have been sent on this companies behalf have always been very courteous and helpful.

The Heating Scotland engineer serviced the Gas boiler and carried out the Gas safety checks on all other appliances in our rental property.
Our tenant has been shielding for a long time due to health issues during the current pandemic, she was worried about a stranger entering the premises but the engineer put her completely at ease and carried out a very professional service wearing full PPE.

I recently had an old radiator removed and a new radiator installed in my living-room. The service was superb - from initially removing my radiator to installing my new radiator. This process was fast and efficient. There was a delay receiving my radiator from the supplier - heating Scotland continuously chased for this and kept me updated on the progress. They helped me with any questions I had along the way. I can't thank them enough for the great work and service - will definitely use again and recommend. Price was also very reasonable. Outstanding.

Central heating problem quickly solved and sorted.

Steve from Heating Scotland both stepped-up and stepped-in when an alternative contractor seriously let us down.
At very short notice he sourced and installed a new home gas boiler. The product that he supplied and his workmanship are first-class and, he is clearly someone that is committed to ensuring that his local company delivers great customer service. A superb company who we are delighted to recommend to others.

Really happy with all aspects of the work done. Workmen friendly and professional and left no mess behind. SGN took longer to move the meter than expected but Shirley organised for the team to return the next day to complete the work. Would definitely use their services again.

Boiler replaced. Radiators and piping renewed. Two new radiators added. The engineers arrived each day at the time agreed. They were very pleasant and hard working. They kept us informed as to how the work was progressing. All the old radiators etc were removed and everything was left tidy. We had one slight problem which was immediately dealt with. I contacted Heating Scotland for a quote for the above work and my request was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner by Shirley and Steve.I received a very competitive quote and the work was carried out by Steve and his apprentice(sorry I forgot his name)on the 21st October.All work done following Covid guidelines.Both men were very friendly and completed the installation quickly and efficiently and to an excellent standard.They also carried out some work which was not part of the quote at no extra cost.In particular, Steve highlighted that my meter (recently installed) had been wired incorrectly and he fixed the problem, again at no extra cost to me.I would have no hesitation in recommending Heating Scotland to anyone who needs this type of service.An excellent service from start to finish and nothing seemed too much .Thank you to all at Heating Scotland!

We had our 25 year-old electric combi-boiler replaced by Heating Scotland a couple of years ago and have had it maintained by them ever since.

They really came up trumps when the new boiler had a problem with an internal pin-hole leak in the hot water heating coil (a manufacturing fault). They installed a replacement boiler without quibble, free of charge under their warranty, and it has been working perfectly ever since.

The engineers Steve and Aiden are very professional and personable, as is the back-office support from administrator Shirley. You are kept informed throughout the process, appointments are met, phone calls / emails returned and the work carried out to excellent standards.

Great service all round.

External gas pipe maintenance/check carried out at short notice for my elderly mother. Very helpful and person-centred customer service.
