Boiler service - first class

We had a serious problem with a property in a large development where a replacement gas boiler could not be fitted. Steve explained our options and supplied and fitted an electric boiler which our tenant is very happy with.
Steve is very knowledgeable, careful and his work is always to a high standard at a good price. He has done the yearly service at our personal and rental properties for the past three years. It is easy to book an appointment and we are notified of any necessary changes.

I’ve used Heating Scotland since I moved to my new build 8 years ago. Steve has been superb, coming out when I have twice had a problem and servicing regularly at a reasonable cost. Responded very quickly following my online enquiry regarding adding an additional radiator to the central heating system. Stephen, I think, called and explained the work to be done and a quote followed very quickly. On the day the plumber called at the time agreed and the work was carried out as previously outlined. I had the need to call for an emergency plumber to fix a leaking pipe. Heating Scotland came as soon as soon as possible and traced where the leak was coming from and made it safe (it had been leaking into a light fitting). They gave excellent service, good value for money and staff were polite and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Electric boiler mixer tap malfunction resulting in shortage of hot water for bathing and showering.
The company visited several times to investigate the problem.
Initially, it was discovered that a number of elements had tripped off.
This was rectified but the fault persisted.
We were asked to monitor the temperatures at various locations on the boiler
which we did.
The faulty mixer control was replaced and the system is now working properly
delivering hot water as required.
Very good relationship with this company over several years.
