We had a new boiler installed and annual services by this trader. They are reliable, polite and knowledgeable.

I’ve used Heating Scotland since I moved to my new build 8 years ago. Steve has been superb, coming out when I have twice had a problem and servicing regularly at a reasonable cost. Always cheerful, polite and trustworthy. His “back shop” help, Shirley, has been equally helpful when I needed advice and an appointment. The invoicing has been clear and reasonable. What more can I say, a fantastic service form a lovely couple.

Responded very quickly following my online enquiry regarding adding an additional radiator to the central heating system. Stephen, I think, called and explained the work to be done and a quote followed very quickly. On the day the plumber called at the time agreed and the work was carried out as previously outlined. He was very nice and cleared up after the work was completed. Would use Heating Scotland Ltd again.

Steve and his team backed by Shirley in the office have done all my gas boiler and heating work for over 10 years.

On the couple of occasions that there has been issues due to wear and tear Steve has come out and dealt with the issues promptly and with minimum fuss. I had the need to call for an emergency plumber to fix a leaking pipe. Heating Scotland came as soon as soon as possible and traced where the leak was coming from and made it safe (it had been leaking into a light fitting). They gave excellent service, good value for money and staff were polite and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Electric boiler mixer tap malfunction resulting in shortage of hot water for bathing and showering.
The company visited several times to investigate the problem.
Initially, it was discovered that a number of elements had tripped off.
This was rectified but the fault persisted.
We were asked to monitor the temperatures at various locations on the boiler
which we did.
The faulty mixer control was replaced and the system is now working properly
delivering hot water as required.
Very good relationship with this company over several years.

Heating Scotland service the church boilers at St. Baldreds in North Berwick, and at my own home. They can be relied upon to appear at the appointed date and time and work efficiently and tidily. Their charging gives good value for money and is competitive. I recommend them highly.

Steve and Aiden moved and replaced our water tank to give us more storage, installed a new radiator and thermostats on all other radiators in our new home.
Serviced the boiler and fixed a few issues and even bricked up and sealed our flue which had not been done by previous owner.

They were so reliable and efficient and have since been back for our annual boiler service and further work in families homes.

Heating Scotland Ltd installed an electric storage boiler in our home three year ago and have serviced and maintained the system since then. This is the second time we have used them having had a boiler change and regular servicing in our previous home. The costs seem very reasonable and fair and the standard of work is very high with the system running trouble free. Communicating with Stephen and the team could not be easier. They are friendly, very understanding and helpful. We highly recommend them.

I am a chartered civil engineer with over 40 years experience both in the construction industry and lecturing to post graduate engineers. Heating Scotland replaced my existing conventional boiler with a combi. I found them to be completely professional in their approach to the contract from the initial estimate, which was very competitive, to the completion of the work which was of a high standard. I should also mention that the operatives were very friendly, helpful, careful, tidy and anxious to complete the work to a high standard. Most impressive!
