The valve on the broiler broke resulting in a flood through floorboards/light fittings. We contained the water & I contacted Heating Scotland for an emergency engineer & someone was able to attend within an hour. The engineer checked it & ordered the part which was fitted & fixed within 4 days. Great communication from the engineer on the day & the office staff are lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend

The recent work involved replacing some key components of a gas boiler that was installed in 2010 after the owner of the company had made a special visit to assess why the boiler kept stopping.

Last summer HS took out and replaced our central heating system, providing a new boiler. They mentioned that it would need an annual service, and they kindly sent a reminder when the due time came around. Arrived promptly, did the job (which involved a bit of ingenuity because we'd had a cupboard built round the boiler), and all very quickly and cheerfully. The fee was reasonable. Still feeling very glad to have gone with Heating Scotland in the first place.

Annual boiler service which they have done for several years. In the past they have done 2 gas boiler installations in Edinburgh area. Both done efficiently and on time. Good value for money. Always good to deal with. Clean efficient tradesmen.

We were badly let down by a heating engineer who had been scheduled for some months to install a new heating system. We found ourselves without heating or hot water and Heating Scotland were able to fit us in at extremely short notice, at no extra charge. The engineers were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The office side of things was very organised and efficient too.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Heating Scotland but I am kind of reluctant to submit this review as I don't want the company to get too busy and be unable to take on any more work that I might have!
