Replaced my 92 year old mother’s boiler in her flat. When her boiler was serviced it was found to be leaking CO internally and as it was 17 years old replacement seemed sensible option. This was arranged and done with only minor disruption for her. All the team were prompt and the work was finished in time for her to enjoy her tea. Very neat and tidy work team, communication was excellent at all times.

Absolutely excellent service. Both boilers were serviced efficiently, and the area was left clean and tidy. The engineer was polite and courteous. Can’t recommend the company more highly. Have used them for family work as well.

We used Heating Scotland for a major refurbishment to our flat in 2019. They were brilliant then and have been consistently great ever since when we’ve moved radiators, fixed taps. They originally installed our boiler some years ago. We had British Gas doing servicing for a while but the work BG did wasn’t great and the charged an arm and leg.
Heating Scotland do a great job and nothing seems too much trouble. Would certainly recommend them!

I would strongly recommend Heating Scotland to facilitate any heating works within your home. From my initial phone call, there customer service was outstanding and met all timelines they set out. The engineers who attended my property were polite and courteous and carried out an excellent job in upgrading areas of my heating system and cannot speak highly enough of this company and will definitely use them again in the future and have them scheduled in for my annual boiler maintenance.

We had a new central heating boiler and hot water cylinder installed by Heating Scotland. The whole process from initial enquiry to installation and follow up ran smoothly and efficiently. The work was carried out over a two day period with very little disruption to our normal routine.
The onsite team and the office personnel were friendly and easy to deal with and everything was explained very clearly.
Since installation the new system has been running without a hitch for three months.

Airth Manse required all electrical equipment PAT tested as certification was due to run out. Heating Scotland were the preferred contractor, we contacted them a they arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard, very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them for any electrical tasks.

Replacement of a part for my boiler (a fan).

The office was very helpful over the phone and appreciated my situation (no water, no heating at all). Unfortunately it took some time to have the boiler fixed and serviced due to lack of staff and the part not being in stock. So, I had to go to stay elsewhere for almost a week. However, they did manage to have the work done a day earlier than expected, for which I am most grateful.

I use Heating Scotland to service my gas boiler. The office staff and the gas engineers are very polite and efficient. The engineer turned up on time and spoke to me about the boiler service once completed. Then sent the boiler service document via email. I'm very happy with this company.

Heating Scotland came out to look at my broken boiler, they identified it needed a part and this was ordered. I was kept fully up to date when the part arrived and when they would be back to fit it. great communication from the staff.

We have had Heating Scotland out many times over the last 18 months or so and we just had them install a new boiler. It is so wonderful when you find a trades company that you don't have any negative opinions of. The office staff are the best. And when we have had times with no heat or hot water they have gone out of their way to get someone out to us very quickly. All engineers have been so friendly and professional.
