Emergency visit to review/fix a boiler issue, from 1st contact Amanda kept me fully updated and the engineer Aidan attended quickly and was very professional and identified the issue, explained parts were required duly advised cost and ordered and fitted the parts the following day. How business should be done 100% great service and 100% recommend 🌟

I got back from being away to find I had no hot water in the property. My neighbour recommended Heating Scotland LTD and they were friendly and quick to respond, get an engineer out who quickly identified the problem of a broken part. They also explained to me what they were doing, which I find really helpful as I'm the sole owner of the property and wanted to make sure I knew what to look out for if it happened again. I have further recommended these people to 2 others, and will be using them for regular boiler checks in the future!

Heating Scotland have been doing my annual boiler service for several years and the most recent one, like the others, demonstrated punctual attendance, excellent communication, friendly service and prompt issue of the gas safety report. Highly recommended.

I had an old back burner gas central heating replaced with a new high efficiency electrical boiler and central heating control in a flat. The price was competitive, just better than other quotes. The work was done very professionally and tidily in the week that I requested. Very satisfied.

The electric wet central heating system installed over 10 years ago has performed well with no problems. I asked for the boiler & immersion to be in an awkward space to allow for maximum storage in a small flat. My ideas were accommodated and the plumbing neat.
A recent service was carried out with minimum disruption, the guys were at my house on time and work efficiently.
Communication with the company is easy & fast.

Engineer arrived at agreed time. Identified boiler fault quickly and clearly explained it. Patched hose temporarily and left boiler in working condition. Ordered new hose. Returned a couple of days later at agreed time and fitted new hose.
