Just got my annual boiler service done by Heating Scotland. The engineer was very polite and respectful of the property, and all went smoothly. Cost was in line with expectations. Would recommend.

We had an excellent service by Heating Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 they were fast clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble - Aiden was professional, competent knew his stuff and this gave us confidence we had our boiler put in on 22nd of June and had no issues since having said that Aiden said if we had any issues he wasn’t far away and could pop round anytime if needed so pleased with this service. I had an old back burner gas central heating replaced with a new high efficiency electrical boiler and central heating control in a flat. The price was competitive, just better than other quotes. The work was done very professionally and tidily in the week that I requested. Very satisfied.

The electric wet central heating system installed over 10 years ago has performed well with no problems. I asked for the boiler & immersion to be in an awkward space to allow for maximum storage in a small flat. My ideas were accommodated and the plumbing neat.
A recent service was carried out with minimum disruption, the guys were at my house on time and work efficiently.
Communication with the company is easy & fast.

Boiler move from kitchen to attic space carried out without issue. Very happy with quality of work and service provided. Can easily recommend.

Engineer arrived at agreed time. Identified boiler fault quickly and clearly explained it. Patched hose temporarily and left boiler in working condition. Ordered new hose. Returned a couple of days later at agreed time and fitted new hose.

The engineer from Heating Scotland came out first thing the next day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the spare parts, and returned the following morning to fit them. Prompt, efficient service and very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
