Used multiple times for boiler repairs and servicing. Everyone is always super nice, reliable and quick at coming out. Never had an issue with work done.

This is not the first time I have used this company,they actually installed my heating system in 2015.

Its always a pleasure to do business with them because you know you will end up feeling perfectly satisfied that you have received great service.

My latest interaction with them was to give the whole heating system a sort of 'once over' check as I am shortly moving. I am happy that I can hand my flat over to the new owner with a good working boiler and radiators.

Everyone, from Engineers to the Admin team are easy to deal with and I really am perfectly happy to recommend them.

Heating Scotland installed, serviced and have maintained our combi boiler for 13 years. We’ve always been happy with their work and how responsive they’ve been whenever we have an issue - which has kept things going with no sign of needing a replacement any time soon.

An error in which controller was fitted was solved satisfactorily. Apart from that the engineers were very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. I will be calling them next time I need some work doing.

Change of thermistor and programmer for boiler. Excellent, prompt service by very competent and knowledgeable team.

Repair of leaky boiler. 3 visits required; not happy about charge for last one but an amicable discussion led to a satisfactory resolution on both sides

First time call out to Heating Scotland who provided an engineer really quickly. Boiler was then re-booked for a service a few days later with small parts replaced. Absolutely fantastic service, great communication and Jack, the engineer, was a real credit to the company. He was courteous, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be using Heating Scotland in the future.

Annual boiler service!
Our engineer arrived promptly at the agreed date and time and the work was completed very satisfactorily with minimal disruption and inconvenience….as expected as we have used this company previously.

Initially came to do our annual gas service, noticed there was some major issues with the way the boiler had been fitted by another company, which shall remain nameless, over a year ago. Steven came back quickly with a quote which was more than reasonable considering the work that was needed and his guys attended, carried out the various works, politely and professionally.

Would recommend these guys and will be using them again.

My gas boiler was due a service and I contacted Heating Scotland following looking on Trusted Trader. The company provided a very efficient service. I was given an appointment and the engineer appeared at the appointment time. He explained what he was going to do and then checked with me during his visit that he was going to run water, check the meter etc. He advised that he would email me with the gas boiler report which he did. I was very satisfied with the visit and would use this company again if I either needed a gas boiler service or if there were any concerns with my heating.

Excellent service once again - able to offer a range of dates to suit and very quick/efficient job. Always friendly and happy to offer advice too! Very reasonable price. Would recommend

I requested a quote from Heating Scotland Ltd to replace 3 radiators and install Hive contols for my central heating.

Steven came out within a few days to look at the iob. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and ran me through my options.

The installation was seamless, the engineers did an excellent job. They arrived on time were professional and left no mess at all.

Originally, many years ago, they installed our (then) new gas central heating boiler. Since then they have provided regular checks which includes a timely reminder that a check is due. It is then undertaken promptly, cheerfully and efficiently.

Annual boiler service. Punctual, pleasant, polite staff - both in the office initially on the phone, and then when attending the house.

I have used Heating Scotland every since I had a new boiler fitted over 11 years ago. I have used them ever since to carry out my annual boiler inspection. I wouldn't use anyone else as I have always found them to be very friendly, extremely reliable and very knowledgeable and efficient. They are always happy to answer any queries I might have had. They are excellent value for money. I cannot recommend their professionalism highly enough.
