A full central heating and hot water system was fitted to replace the old system. Heating Scotland were exceptional from start to finish. We were kept informed of progress at every point of the install. We were asked to make sure we were happy about locations for each piece of new equipment, and we are especially grateful for the advice where new replacements i.e. high towel radiators (instead of standard height) were going to foul door handles etc. Nothing was too much of an ask or too difficult for this team. Delighted with the work. I would highly recommend.

Heating Scotland have resolved various issues relating to my heating over the last few years. This has included; replacing thermostatic valves, pressure vessels, pipework, boiler servicing and a full system flush. Due to the higher cost of the latter, an additional face to face consultation with me took place beforehand, to double check this was the right course of action to take.

Firstly, and importantly, HS respond promptly to customer contact; even when this means having to leave a voicemail or message.

The engineers turn up when they say they are going to, are friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining clearly what is going to happen and how long it is likely to take. They have also tolerated the detailed questions I have asked.

The price charged seems fair, and where possible, agreed ahead of the engineer's visit.

I have no hesitation in recommending Heating Scotland to others, and have done so a number of times already.

Radiator replacement throughout house: absolutely perfect.

Consultation, supply & fit was a smooth and trouble-free process, the heating engineer/installer was polite & explained any queries and the new radiators look great.

Heating Scotland replaced the boiler 8 years ago and carry out the annual service, always great to work with - turn up when scheduled and quick & tidy workers.

Emergency visit to review/fix a boiler issue, from 1st contact Amanda kept me fully updated and the engineer Aidan attended quickly and was very professional and identified the issue, explained parts were required duly advised cost and ordered and fitted the parts the following day. I got back from being away to find I had no hot water in the property. My neighbour recommended Heating Scotland LTD and they were friendly and quick to respond, get an engineer out who quickly identified the problem of a broken part. They also explained to me what they were doing, which I find really helpful as I'm the sole owner of the property and wanted to make sure I knew what to look out for if it happened again. I have further recommended these people to 2 others, and will be using them for regular boiler checks in the future!
