I had an electric boiler replaced. I was told the work would take one day. On the day the boys were on time and worked continuously throughout. I was impressed with Heating Scotland from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Heating Scotland Ltd came to repair a leaking stopcock and fit a new power shower for us. This is the first time I've used them. Their customer service was exceptional - being able to chat to Shirley, who was so friendly, helpful, and accessible, responded quickly to emails, and set up everything. They were able to offer a visit very soon after my calling them, arrived exactly on time, and did a good job sorting the leak and installing the shower. Will definitely be using them again. Steve arrived early and having assessed the job removed our old dual fuel range cooker and fitted the new one. He did a gas test before and after the work.
He was very efficient and I can thoroughly recommend him.

Have had annual boiler services carried out for years, the most recent only this week carried out efficiently and by a courteus engineer.

Shirley in the office is very approachable and efficient, the customer care excellent. On the day the team were professional, tidy and hard working. My new boiler was installed with no mess and I feel confident in their skills. Went over the boiler controls and set up the thermostat with me.

I have used this company for many years and still find them reliable and friendly. They service my central heating regularly and I recently had to have a new radiator installed which was done promptly and with the minimum of disruption. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Heating Scotland came to do our annual boiler service after we decided to change from the previous company we used.

Booking was a quick simply phone call to one of the lovely admin staff.

Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. He discovered a problem that the previous company didn't bring to our attention.

Michael was thorough, explaining what he was doing and why. He kept us up to date at every stage.

Once fixed and the service completed, Michael sent us a report, just before leaving, so we could confirm we were happy with the job and had a written record of the health of our boiler.

Heating Scotland fitted a new gas boiler, relocating it to a new location for a shorter and more reliable flue route. Very impressed with the speed of the work and the professionalism of the team, and of the two quotes we had done, theirs was significant lower.

An engineer call later that same day (which is pretty amazing).
