Gas boiler serviced. Steven arrived as arranged and provided a comprehensive report on the boiler. There has been an intermittent fault with the boiler which Steven was able to identify. He carried out the necessary repair but advised that a new part may be required in the future which he would attend to if required.

Appointment made for combi-boiler servicing. Steven arrived when he said he would and kept us informed. Servicing was carried out efficiently and cleanly and the water heating seems better.

Boiler service was required ,which I had forgotten about. I had used SB last year and this year I was e mailed a reminder by SB ,very handy, I will be using SB next year again, all things being equal.
