We were really impressed by Hazel and David's very friendly attitude when it came to selecting them to install a new boiler for us. They were both very knowledgeable and very helpful. David was very patient with me answering all my questions when he came to quote for a new boiler. David and his team then installed in very quickly and thanks to his teams skill, you would never know that they had been in working under the floor and behind kitchen units.
His Engineers have been out each year since to service the boiler and have been very pleasant to deal with.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

The pressure in our boiler dropped which meant we did not have any hot water. I contacted Thomson Heating at 10am and by 2pm the same day I had an engineer at my house to check it out. Communication was excellent from start to finish, call out charges discussed in advance and the work completed was professional. I have already recommended them to family and will use them again in the future.

Engineer arrived on time to carry out annual service. Engineer very professional Introduced himself carried out service to customer expectations.

I had my new boiler installed a year ago now by Thomson Heating Group with which I had no issues and the boiler service was due so I arranged for Thomson Heating Group to carry out the work at a time that suited me. They arrived as arranged on time, carried out the service again with no issues.

I've used Thomson Heating for several years for 2 boiler installations (different properties), annual servicing and EICR for my rental flat and have already recommended them to others. They are always friendly and provide a very prompt, efficient, competitive service. I'll have no hesitation in using them again.
