Installation of new gas boiler

From the pre installation to the completion not only was the engineer efficient and considerate but the customer service support staff in the office also made the whole experience of dealing with Thomson Heating Group a process without flaw and something we would be delighted to be involved with in any future projects of this nature.

I have been using Thomson Heating for a number of years to service and repair my boiler. Recently my boiler required replacing. I was given excellent advice and constant communication before, during and after the installation. There is no doubt that I will continue to use Thomson Heating in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars for David, I would. Absolute top notch service received from the minute I contacted Thomson Heating to the minute they left. Quoted for new boiler and installed within 48 hour turn around - game changing service! Staff in the office could not have been more helpful and nice either! Will be back to Thomson Heating for anything else I need in future!

My Boiler went on the blink leaving me with no heating and no hot water , not great especially this time of year.
After contacting Thomson Heating Group he was able to fit me in and came out 30 minutes after me contacting them.
Problem fixed and Heating and hot water back on. So grateful to them and would highly recommend.

We had a very old boiler replaced with a modern combo. A lot of reconfiguring of pipe work and water supply required.

I had a boiler replaced

I’ve just had a new boiler installed and the work done was superb. I was given a choice of two boilers which was good. The communication with the company was exceptional. On the day of installation I was expecting half of my kitchen to be ripped out (cause that’s what I’ve been told from other company when sourcing new boiler) but much to my surprise nothing like that happened, not even the cupboard the old boiler was in had to be taken apart. It was quick and clean too. I was very pleasantly surprised and now I can enjoy warm flat. This is not the first time I was dealing with this company and definitely not last, and I recommend to everyone knowing everyone will be happy with the service provided.

Thomsons helped me out with a boiler issue where the house builder let us down. Customer service was outstanding. Best experience I have had with a contractor. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Phoned Thomson Heating for a broken down boiler on Boxing Day. Customer service was great. Was given a 1 hour time slot for the next day. Was then called the next day to tell me the engineer could come 2 hours earlier, which he did. Boiler was fixed quickly and cleanly. The engineer was very professional and friendly and provided sensible advice.

Definitely recommend to anyone.

We have used David twice now for boiler repairs. He is knowledgeable and thorough with his work, arrives on time, works cleanly and offers full explanation of works required. He’s friendly and professional, and his work is very reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else in future - highly recommended.

New warm air heating installation and Combi Boiler included removal of cold and hot water tanks. Quality of work, professional team, tidy and completed ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service throughout.

Thomson's replaced all my radiators, David gave me a very competitive quote and scheduled the job in. Unfortunately I was Ill and had to move the date forward , Hazel was able to do this with no fuss. Chris came in to do the job, he worked away making sure he tidied everything up once he was finished. They always do a good job with great customer service.

I had a combi boiler fitted by Thomson Heating group. The service from start to finish was excellent. David clearly explained the options I had for my replacement boiler and his quote was highly competitive. All communications were dealt with very professionally by Hazel in the office who kept me informed throughout the whole process. The install went very smoothly and with minimal disruption and mess. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitations using them again.

Replacement of a 23 year old Glow Worm boiler .....still working reliably and serviced annually by David but time for an upgrade to something more efficient.

David and his colleagues are always reliable, turn up on time, do the work required quickly and efficiently and leave a minimum of mess at a reasonable cost.
