Annual service of boiler and unvented hot water cylinder for last 6 years. Excellent service every time. They were one of the few firms I found that were qualified to service the cylinder.

A number of jobs in our bathroom were sorted out quickly and efficiently. The men arrived on time, with good communication and were friendly and helpful.
Five stars all round. Would definitely recommend.

Mr Woods repaired and reinstated our ensuite bathroom. From the moment I spoke to Sharon in their main office in Paisley, I knew I had reached a highly credible company. Sharon was very knowledgeable and referred to “Mr Woods” as being available to come and quote. Using “Mr Woods” took me to a reassuringly respectful and professional era when things were done right and with integrity. I was not wrong.
Mr Woods arrived on time and looked at the job. A very detailed written quote, with price and VAT was received and work proceeded. The team that did the work were exceptional. Jim the plumber and David the joiner conducted the majority of the work. James the tiler was a superb and now increasingly rare highly experienced tiler who did an amazing job. David (electrician) who attended for just a day was equally professional, skilled and personable. Jim and David (joiner) where hard working and communicative. As the job progressed, the need for extra work emerged (with visible justification). I was offered options of how I could proceed. This was again accurately quoted for with prices. The team were meticulous in their work, adaptable and highly professional at all times. They imbued integrity and honesty. On completion of the job we were invoiced and it was confirmed they would provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee. This type of company and this type of working practice is sadly a rare thing now. If I had any bathroom or boiler requirements, I would not hesitate to go to Mr Woods. Superb.

A huge thank you to Gareth and his team for going above and beyond. Removing the overgrown ivy was a massive job, but they worked incredibly hard and never cut corners. They then installed a beautiful, exceptionally high-quality fence that has completely transformed my garden.

Had very old eroded bricks replaced on 3 corners of my house. The difference is night and day. John on the ball with communications, turned up when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am really impressed with the new brickwork. John certainly knows his stuff and I would recommend him for any building work. Fair price for the job too.

Graham came out and quoted for the works when he said he would. The price was agreed in advance and put in writing. No money was paid until the job was completed and we were happy.

The team arrived promptly on the agreed date. Unfortunately the weather caused the job to run over by a few days, but the team did not rush to get the job complete. They took their time and stayed until the job was fully completed to our satisfaction.

Graham was happy to answer some questions during the job and kept us regularly up to date with their progress.

The team were friendly and courteous and once the job was complete, they left everything clean and tidy.
