New boiler and new pump installed by Chris, who is a highly competent gas engineer. He took the time to answer my questions, worked diligently and tidied up afterwards.

The office staff are also very customer focused, quotations and other paperwork forwarded timeously. I received a courtesy call on the afternoon before the works commenced, informing me of the expected arrival time of the engineer (Chris) .

I needed a joiner to re-align a security door which wasn't latching properly. As an addict had been letting himself into the close to use heroin, it was a matter of urgency. I contacted Paisley Property Services on a Friday, and the work had been carried out by early on the following Tuesday morning. I really appreciate this prompt service and feel much safer now that the door has been secured.

Had a new fire alarm system put in by Joh. Made the old wired system safe and explained how the new system works. The price was excellent. Really nice guy to talk to.
