Victoria Driveways made a very professional job of replacing our patio. The work was carried out carefully and thoroughly with good attention to detail. In atrocious winter weather they only lost two days and completed the job within their estimated time. Due to the weather and the amount of excavation needed there was inevitably a lot of mud, but they cleared up very well at the end and the new patio looks excellent.

I had managed to short circuit my thermostat try to replace it. Felt it was time for a professional. Got an emergency call out within a few hours and the guy did a very thorough job even checking on the boiler and other parts just as a precaution.

Thomson’s replaced my parents Warm air boiler after it failed and had been condemned. It was an urgent issue given their age and the time of year and from the first contact everyone we dealt with went out of their way to ensure the job was completed as quickly as possible and the alternatives were explained.
The installation team were efficient and tidy and best of all the job was completed 2 days quicker than expected.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had a new boiler fitted. Gordon is a nice guy who turns up when he says he will and does a good job at a fair price

Alex and his team refitted our kitchen in October to a very high standard. This was a long overdue refurb we were continually putting off due to feeling overwhelmed by how much needed to be done.

Alex simplified the whole process with excellent design ideas and the choices were perfect for us. Added to this was the speed in which the job took place. His excellent team completed the substantial project in five days. They were poilite, unintrusive and went above and beyond with ideas and finishing touches that completed our new kitchen beautifully.

Guys arrived within time slot and completed the boiler service and tidied up. Only issue I had was that they didn’t phone prior to the visit to let me know they were en route as per the company email - an oversight I suppose

I called John first thing this morning, as my previous smoke alarms decided to sound at 6:20 am and wouldn't turn off.

John arrived at 10 am and proceeded to replace all four units with brand new ones. John was very personable, efficient and experienced. The price was also fantastic - much better than what I paid for the original smoke alarms.

John also left me with plain English instructions and certificate of installation/compliance.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received. I recommend John unreservedly. I would use John again without hesitation.
