Review a trader

Had a leaking built in toilet, worried this could be major works, replacement of tiles etc. Called Paisley Property Maintenance Ltd and they were able to send someone out within the hour.
Joe was fantastic, managed to access the stop valve without damage, checked and fixed piping. Joe explained everything that he was doing and put me at ease.
Highly recommend, great value for money and will definitely be calling them for any other works, not just emergencies.

Had our boiler serviced, engineer phoned before arrival as to when he would arrive, serviced the boiler and gave us feedback with no problems.

Paisley Property Maintenance was recommended to me by my mum, and I’m extremely glad that I contacted them.

I needed emergency plumbing work after my bath overflowed and caused flooding. I contacted the company using its online form overnight, called the following morning, and someone came to assess the problem at around 10.30 am. The faulty overflow, which had not been set up correctly when the bath was installed by another company, was repaired that same day.

They also replaced my damaged front door, finding the most economical suitable option for me, completing the work within their very reasonable quote and tidying everything afterwards.

It is always worrying to spend a substantial amount on repairs without knowing whether the work will be done properly. Their tradespeople are multi-skilled—my plumber was also a joiner—so the problems were considered thoroughly and the work completed to a very high standard.

The service was prompt, reliable, practical and fairly priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Paisley Property Maintenance and would be very happy to use them again.

John was just fabulous, a really genuine nice man who was extremely knowledgeable about the service and products he provides. He was able to accommodate me and carry out the work quickly. John was time efficient and left no mess to clean up. Would definitely highly recommend him as a tradesman to anyone 10/10.

Gordon recently did some plastering in our kitchen. After calling him, he visited the same day to provide a quote and completed the job the following day.
