New boiler a few years ago. Get my boiler serviced every year. Cannot fault them. Excellent service and great value. Highly recommend

Hazel responded quickly to my question and quote received. Appointment arranged. David arrived as arranged. Very civil and provided some advice. Work done quickly and David left area clean. Got gas fire disconnected and pipe capped. Average price but very pleased with service. Would use again and recommend.

1. Annual Worcester Bosch boiler service to maintain long warranty. Making the booking was so easy and confirmed back by email. Couldn't have been more helpful for arranging for me. Engineer was very tidy and took me through what had been checked and left a full service document to keep with the system.
2. Based on the great experience for service had Thomson Heating Group back within two weeks to replace an old radiator and valves and to replace a broken TRV in lounge. All done quickly, cleanly and with no issues at all.

Cant recommend them highly enough.

I had read pervious reviews and had decided that this local company was the one to replace my old gas boiler. I was not dissapointed. From the initial contact to have a site survey and quote for a new boiler to the installation the whole experience from start to finish was what I can only class as 5star. David and his team have the 3 P's they are polite, punctual and professional.
I will be using them going forward to carry out my boiler servicing and any other gas/heating issues I have.

I have been using Thomson Heating for all my boiler and central heating needs for several years. Everyone, office staff and engineers, are unfailingly polite, helpful and efficient. The engineers are prompt and work quietly and efficiently. I would, and have, recommended them to friends who have all been equally delighted with their service.

Boiler stopped working. The engineer came out same day. Needed a fan - a price was given and accepted on the same day and the boiler fixed the next day. Very efficient and clean working.

They arrived on time and spent two days working really hard to install our new boiler great service, no mess left behind.

Thomson Heating installed all new radiators, New Boiler and Hive Control system. Performed pressure flush and chemical clean of system piping.
They removed water tank from loft and water heater cylinder from cupboard space. They disposed of all materials. Additionally, they relocated radiators throughout the house and installed new modern black radiators and individual control valves.
They arrived early each day and were absolutely professional throughout the work.

We replaced our regular boiler with a combi. Great communication and high quality workmanship.

Gas fire and boiler service. Appointment to suit, turned up on time, didn't leave any mess and used mats to protect my surfaces, couldn't ask for any more.

WE had our new gas hob fitted. the engineer who came from Thomson was friendly, knowlegable and informative. he carried out his work quickly and was very tidy. we would not hesitate to use Thomsons again.

I always receive a reminder when it's due, appointments are easy to make, the engineer turns up on time or calls if going to be late, the service is professional, reliable and affordable.
