Reported leak in bathroom. Engineer Iain called but upon investigation he discovered the leak coming from the toilet. He advised he would ask Hazel to ring with a telephone number of a plumber which she kindly did and plumber visited today. Iain extremely helpful and courteous.

Full new heating system installed. Changed to Combi boiler and new radiators throughout house. From initial quotation to installation, everything was extremely professional,but also understanding of my specific needs. Clear precise fully detailed quotation provided, agreed timelines, punctuality every day of installation. Each stage of the process fully explained with no delays. Everything cleared away as promised. Outstanding service provided.

Despite a Homeserve British Gas agreement no engineer could come out to see to a leak in my combi boiler flooding the kitchen and resulting in no water / heating till tomorrow afternoon ( all on automated call !!) I am widowed , 77 years old and am SO grateful to David who came out within hours of my call , mended the leak in the boiler and restored my water , heating supply . My DD to British Gas is cancelled and I will be using Thompson Heating in future as will others who have learned about this ! Thank you David

Annual service to boiler which was installed by Thomson Boilers

Thomson’s installed a new replacement heating system ( boiler and radiators ) when we moved into our ‘new’ old house in Feb 2019 and have now carried out two annual services - without any problems. David Thomson offered expert advice and guidance with regard to the size and type of boiler required for our needs as well as the specific / different type of radiators we wanted.
The installation, service and customer care we have received thus far has been excellent. David and his team are local people who take time and care to meet the needs of local ( and loyal ) customers.
David was personally recommended to me and I have since passed on my recommendation to others. Need I say more ?

Replacement central heating pump. We have used Thomson Heating before and again same excellent seervice. Called in the issue and David was able to advise the fault and this was fixed the next day. Very professional, friendly and curteous engineer who explained all the work. Hazel managed the process and kept us informed throughout. Could not recommend highly enough.
