New combi boiler installed, Chris was brilliant, after care is amazing. Great experience from start to finish, booked with Hazel, could not be more helpful, David explained the job in great detail, definitely pay attention to the finer details, get back to you straight away if you need to speak to them, left house immaculate, just such a great Firm to deal with start to finish, Ian was really good also, needed work done fitting oven and hob, really knew his stuff, absolutely no hesitation in using them in the future, infact I have ordered new radiators from them to be fitted next week ???? cannot recommend them all highly enough, a pleasure to deal with!

I have used David Thomson’s company for the last 3 years, primarily for servicing our boiler, but also for other repairs. They have always been very responsive and efficient. Only once could they not respond to a small repair request but they did recommend another company . Always been happy with their service and would highly recommend them. All their engineers are very friendly. Hazel is also fab.

Reported leak in bathroom. Engineer Iain called but upon investigation he discovered the leak coming from the toilet. He advised he would ask Hazel to ring with a telephone number of a plumber which she kindly did and plumber visited today. Iain extremely helpful and courteous.

Full new heating system installed. Changed to Combi boiler and new radiators throughout house. From initial quotation to installation, everything was extremely professional,but also understanding of my specific needs. Clear precise fully detailed quotation provided, agreed timelines, punctuality every day of installation. Each stage of the process fully explained with no delays. Despite a Homeserve British Gas agreement no engineer could come out to see to a leak in my combi boiler flooding the kitchen and resulting in no water / heating till tomorrow afternoon ( all on automated call !!) I am widowed , 77 years old and am SO grateful to David who came out within hours of my call , mended the leak in the boiler and restored my water , heating supply . My DD to British Gas is cancelled and I will be using Thompson Heating in future as will others who have learned about this ! Thank you David

Amazing service from start to finish. This company had been recommended by my mum and she had said how amazing it was. She was definitely not wrong. Helped me from start to finish with purchasing a new boiler to meet my requirements and also talked me through the full process as didn’t have a clue were to start.
