I have been using Thomson Heating Group for my annual boiler service. They sent a useful reminder that I was due a service so I booked in that day. Engineer was excellent, he checked and bled the radiators and tidied up any dust. I recommend Thomson's to everyone.

To make space in a bedroom in our property we required a boiler relocation and service to maximise space in a bedroom.
We contacted Thomson Heating and received very helpful communications from Hazel. An appointment was arranged and David arrived promptly on the day agreed for work to commence.
Work was carried out professionally to a very high standard. David was extremely helpful and explained all information clearly. We were very impressed at how neat and tidy the work was carried out. I noted some indoor boot covers over his boots which I thought was a good touch. Really pleased with the outcome of the work. Our bolier is now serviced annually and Thomson Heating contact us when it is due for a service as part of their ongoing service. Highly highly recommend! Wouldn't consider contacting anyone else.

I would HIGHLY reccomended Thomson Heating Group! I initially spoke to David who gave me some tips to try fix the issue as I posted my problem on a group page to which David from Thomson Heating Group responded to try help me out, as my radiator issue was still occurring, I called Thomson Heating Group and spoke with Hazel who was very friendly and knowledgeable and also kindly gave me some tips that might of fixed my issue before I paid for an engineer to come out, unfortunately it still didn't work and so David came and sorted my problem within 15 minutes! Very fast, friendly, professional service. Will use them again in future for sure!

Chris fitted a new Worcester combi boiler. We had one before but it was a smaller out put. The new one is more suited to the house size. Its great to have separate controls for water and radiator temperature. It linked to our Salus wifi app with no problem. Right away, Thomson Heating make a good impression by the way they protect carpets. Very methodical workers and nice to have in the house. If you are the kind of person who gets anxious about having work done in your house, then call Thomson Heating and you will have no problems. Very good follow up too. Chris explained all the controls, then Hazel emailed the paperwork and warranties. Next day, David phoned to see if we were happy and had any questions. The new boiler is much quieter and gives an even heat around the house. Very pleased with Thomson Heating and would highly recommend them.
