Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 25 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.
We provide a range of services to landlords, property managers and private clients. The services we provide include:
PAT & Electrical Testing, Gas Safety Checks, Legionella Risk Assessment, Domestic Water System Periodic Inspection, Fire Alarm Maintenance, EICR, Fire Risk Assessment, Service Contracts, EPC's, boiler repair and installation, Gas Engineer Training, Landlord Gas Awareness Training.
Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

At a time when I have completely lost faith and grown ever frustrated with the service standards and customer relations operations of many other service suppliers, Contract Heating is an outstanding example of how a company should operate. Our boiler had served us for 18 years. Serviced annually by Contract Heating. It was time to replace the boiler before it would eventually breakdown.
We had an estimate by Contact Heating for a new Ariston Boiler.
Delighted with the price.
It was installed in one day. Installation team talked us through every stage.
We now feel the difference with new boiler and house heating. It is remotely monitored by Contract Heating and Ariston for any fault to be detected immediately.
We have a handheld device to set heating . Super.
I wish to compliment Contract Heating and the Installation team.

Contract Heating has serviced my gas boiler for12/15 years and over last few years kept it going despite its age. Decided would replace it before winter set in and got 3 quotes, surprised to find Contract Heating marginally, least expensive of the three. Discussed details with supervisor Craig and got all the answers I needed, accepted quote and within 7 days new boiler delivered and installed including arranging sub-contractor.
Alan and Johnnie arrived as arranged, took ownership of the job and I was comfortable to leave them to get on with it. Estimate had been one and half days but completed in one. New boiler doing its job, installation flawless, guys punctual, smart, cleaned up fully after they had finished, all waste and old boiler removed that afternoon.
Could not fault Alan and Johnnie in any way and good back-up from Craig, and Jodie in the office. Would recommend them without hesitation.

This company serviced my boiler in August 2020 when it was still difficult to get this type of work done due to covud restrictions. I used them again this August 2021 and plan to continue to do this. They are efficient, contactable, professional, friendly, dependable and great value for the service they provide. Very happy with this vompany.

I’ve been using Contract Heating for over a decade; both for our own home and our rental property, and I have always been happy with their work. For this job, Eric and his team re-routed some gas piping and replaced the broken heat exchanger on our home boiler. All the work was done within 4 hours to a high standard with no mess and no fuss. The quote was also the lowest out of 3 reputable companies we approached for an estimate. Highly recommended.

Rob and Lewis did a first class job installing my new radiators and went to a lot of trouble and effort to get the new pipework under the floor. They are such a professional, hardworking and cheerful couple of guys who were a pleasure to have working in my property and are a credit to their company.

We replaced our boiler. The staff were patient and very helpful. As the boiler is just installed, I cannot really comment on the quality of the boiler or its value for money but the quality and value of the company’s service is very good.

First heard of Contract Heating in 2008 and used them until I moved away in 2020. They are reliable, skilful and courteous. Their prices are always fair and the work is first class. They conserved my ageing Worcester boiler in an older property and upgraded the heating system making it more sensitive and responsive. Their one-off non-contractual charging system for annual services makes them very competitive.

Safety check and service for an aging boiler and central heating system. Gas safety checks for a six burner industrial cooker/oven. Excellent service in every respect, signed up for annual visit. Highly recommend this company.
