An excellent service provided by Citywide Gas services. Both In terms of workmanship and their helpful can do attitude ensured for a successful installation. We are most pleased with the work carried out and have recommended John and his team to others and for our other projects in and around the city. Sterling job!

We had been having trouble getting radiators on top floor working, and then hot water packed in. As noted in other reviews, Citywide Gas Services (John May) came very promptly and at a time that suited us perfectly. He also confirmed eta etc. He sorted the immediate problem and advised on a more long-standing issue. He also checked that the repair had worked before invoicing. Impressive.

John was fantastic. I live abroad and my tenant contacted me to say the boiler wasn’t working. John went out diagnosed the problem and installed a new boiler at a very competetive price. He went above and beyond to help me out with our only method of communication being whatsapp. Now my tenant is cosy and warm all thanks to John. Highly recommend him. Will be contacting him now on for all our plumbing needs.

We woke up to no heat or hot water on a weekend and needed a call-out. CityWide Gas Services got back to us quickly and provided professional and courteous service. Also helpful that they're very familiar with Vaillant boilers. Would definitely recommend and use again!

John was recommended by a friend and when I called him regarding my situation on needing certificates to rent out a property ( Gas safety certificate, legionella risk assessment, Pat certificate ) which I needed ASAP, John arranged the next day to come and do the job. He turned up exactly on time and carried out the works needed ( I had a gas hob needing fitted too which I hadn’t mentioned, he was more than happy to help )

Our boiler developed a problem over the Christmas break that left us without hot water or heating. Citywide Gas came out quickly, gave us a detailed assessment of the problem and made sure it was then fixed and in full working order (including ringing up the boiler manufacturers directly). Very nice and reliable folk - will use them again.

John gave an honest opinion about my boiler. I had an intermittent noise and he felt I should leave it for a few days before I finally decided what to do. I decided to get the part and change it over. Overall, I was very happy with the service that he provided and was easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend and use again.
