I have found John to be reliable and polite. Although he is very busy, he is very hard working and will make a huge effort to help out and get the work done on time.

John is an exceptional engineer who always ensures that work is carried out to a high standard. He has carried out a wide scope of jobs for ideal electrical solutions, he brings a vast knowledge and has never come across a problem with a boiler that he cannot resolve. I have worked with John for many years and will always continue to do so. Cannot reccomend him highly enough.

I called John at Citywide Gas following a leak and as he was so reliable & professional, I got him to fit a new boiler- could not be happier with the service- professional, punctual, reliable and did the work within a day and just the place very clean...and just a good guy!

Boiler broke down during really cold spell and citywide repaired boiler and made sure my heating system was working properly on the same day I phoned to book a repair!! Engineer was helpful and very knowledgable!! Would recommend citywide gas services very highly

We had John at citywide gas services carry out a number of jobs for us, he disconnected an industrial heating system in our stores and he did not effect the day to day running of our business, he also fitted a new boiler in our staff area and again there was no issue and everything is working perfect. He was on time he was presentabl, spoke to us in a very professional manner and described what needed done so even we could understand. All in all very happy with the work and would 100% recommend citywide to anyone.

I called city wide gas services due to me having a leak under my bath, John was very helpful over the phone and came out the same day. John found and isolated the leak very quickly and had a part in his van to fix the issue. John was very friendly and well presented and knew exactly what he was doing, he worked very quickly and efficiently. City wide gas services are very reasonably priced to what I've been charged before,they where able to come out to the job the quickest. I would highly recommend city wide gas services!

I have now used Citywide Gas Services various times and I have found them very easy to communicate with, the engineer has always turned up at agreed time and always looks very professional. The finished work is always a high standard and any mess is always cleaned up without asking. I have now recommended Citywide to various friends and family who are all more than happy with the service.

City wide helped us out when we needed it most, in the run up to Christmas. They squeezed our boiler repair in at short notice and were thoroughly professional. Great result, would use them again.

Used Citywide gas to replace or Central Heating system and relocate our boiler into the loft. John was brilliant. Very reliable and courteous from quoting through to completion. Arrived when he said he would and completed the work quickly. Very knowledgeable and thinks " out of the box". Provided a bespoke solution to our shower replacement which had to be done when we replaced our backboiler with a combi. Would not hesitate to use again.

Got new boiler in in a day, fast, tidy, and for the price quoted. Would recommend.

John provided excellent service - my heating broke right at the start of winter, John was out within 24 hours and fixed it on the first call. No issues since then, and considerably cheaper than the other quote we got. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my go to gas man!

I recently had an issue with my boiler as it was old and costing a fortune to constantly repair, A friend of mine used Citywide Gas Services and recommended them to me. When I called and spoke to John and explained the issues I was having he said he would come and repair it for me. He was on time which is unuasl for tradesmen, so I was pleasantly surprised.
He was very efficient and well mannered and explained that he could fix the boiler no problem. He carried out all the work on time and at a very good price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to or use him again. Very good engineer and tradesman.

John from Citywide Gas Services came out to replace my boiler and I have to say it was a fantastic service from start to finish. He was honest from the start of the cost of the boiler and how long the work would take to complete. I went with Citywide Gas Services as their reviews were 5 stars and they didnt disappoint at all. Great service, great guy and great boiler!
