New combi boiler system installed.

Call was made to City Wide Gas after the gas board condemned our old boiler at 8am in a cold December morning. John was fantastic and after we explained we had a 4 month old baby he ensured us he would be out that day, which he was.

The following week our new system was installed at a very reasonable price. We now have instant hot water and thermostat heating!

John was super knowledgable and went over our boiler system options with us.

Would certainly use City Wide Gas for any gas and heating services in the future.

John and Neil installed a complete gas central heating system for me in just three days. I was really impressed with their work and thankful that they were able to fit the installation in so quickly before Christmas. I've had ongoing problems with my aged central heating system despite replacement of (old) radiators installed 5 years ago. Two 5*-rated engineers made a decent effort to find a solution, but failed to improve the performance of my downstairs radiators (the upstairs were fine) despite repeated attempts to unblock the (8mm) microbore pipes. I was ready to accept replacement of 12mm pipes as the only credible remedy.
Enter John of Citywide Gas Services. He spent considerable time (at no cost) trying to identify the core problem and, as a first step, recommended replacement of the original pump which he thought was unusually hot. I accepted his recommendation.
True to his word, John replaced the pump one week later and, after another 3 days, all blockages were cleared and the radiators are as hot as I could wish for. PS I've still got the original Potterton boiler, which John agreed I should keep as long as possible. Thanks, John!

Fixing a Radiator. Very good service

I had a full gas service, cooker installed and new radiators put in and moved. John and his colleague did a fantastic job. They were very punctual and did the job to a great standard. We were delighted with the outcome for the price and would highly recommend and use again.

Replacement of old Back Boiler with a new Combi Boiler, replacement of a radiator ,installation of 2 new radiators and replacement of coals on gas fire.
Citywide Gas Services work was excellent, it involved fitting the new boiler in a totally different location and installation of 2 radiators in our conservatory which was not a straightforward job due to the pipework involved. John and his workmate Neil were always on time, the work was done to a very high standard and to the estimated timescales. They covered all our carpets and cleaned up fully after completion of the work . I could not fault this company and would have no hesitation in using them again for any future work.
