I had hot water cylinder replaced . Blair did a fantastic job, he removed and replaced with a new one. It's been a couple of months now and its working fine. No more shortage of hot water. Thank you Celsius plumbing and heating.

Blair from Celcius Plumbing and Heating fixed our broken boiler. During his initial visit he identified the fault and talked us through the repair options. He returned to replace the fan unit when the replacement part had been delivered. He was friendly and professional, repairing the fault quickly with minimal disruption.

I chose Celsius following the Trusted Trader reviews and the replacement of a shower pump has been fine. They responded promptly to provide a quote by WhatApp and on the day the plumber came at the start of the 4 hour slot allocated. So while the (straightforward) plumbing was perfectly satisfactory there were aspects of the customer service which I was rather less happy about, and seemed disappointing from a Trusted Trader ie:
- it is difficult to assess value for money because Celsius refused to give a breakdown between cost of the part and the labour of fitting and there seemed to be unwillingness that I should know their labour charge.
- they insisted that the entire cost including VAT was paid in advance before fixing a date to undertake the work. My offer to pay a deposit was declined and payment was required on the basis of an informal WhatsApp message without a customer or job number, or numbered VAT invoice with recorded tax point. A VAT receipt was produced some time later, after prompting.
