I was having issues with my Hive thermostat which was installed in May alongside a new boiler. Celsius returned my call quickly, scheduled an engineer visit quickly. Connor did a great job in getting all the Hive kit to pair and also connected to the app. Thus was not easy but Connor stuck with it, allowing me to control the central heating more efficiently.

From contact to quote to booking and installation everything was quick and professional.
Then on the day of the installation the engineer was prompt, kept me updated on the progress of the work, professional and cleaned up after himself

Remedial work after a boiler service required a replacement flue. I was concerned the price was high but in the end the reliable and effective work allayed my fears. The two engineers involved were very knowledgeable and friendly. The remedial work required an extra visit as the task proved more tricky than expected and the return visit was arranged promptly and the job completed well.
