Amazing service, got a new combi boiler installed, the workmen have been very efficient, tidy and went above and beyond.

I had assessed and clarified the problem resetting etc both Hive and boiler. I described it to Celsius online in their booking system. As a medic I was interested to know what “professionalism” meant for a heating repair company. As well as the excellent (and educational) work done in the house by Connor, I got a full clear email personal explanation from the “boss” that matched the same standards as a professional medical service should do. Basically Celsius do free guidance and assessing that the problem described is recognised and appropriate for their services enough to pay in advance for the visit.
In short, Celsius has the highest professional standards before and throughout the work — prompt diagnosis, repair and follow through. The cost of trustworthy professionalism is worth it — as in the tale ending “It’s £5 for banging the pipe and £95 for knowing where to hit it”!!

My boiler broke down on one of the coldest weeks of the year. Celsius managed to book me in for a replacement a few days later. Blair and Bruce were friendly, professional and did an excellent job installing the new boiler.

Annual boiler service carried out followed by maintenance to replace couple of seals. Five stars for customer service, for response times and politeness and efficiency of engineers undertaking the work. Highly recommend!

We have our old gas hob replaced by a new one. I measured the size of the hob and bought a new hob with similar size. Jamie was the gas engineer to install the new one. It had to cut a little bit of the working top to fit the new hob. Jamie had to spent some time to cut the wood, which I felt it was a bit extra work than I thought. The installation was successful and I am very happy with the work done. Excellent work!

That’s the second time I have dealt with Celsius and they have provided an outstanding service, professional and respectful/ friendly, the best plumbers and gas engineers by far I have ever dealt with and they have been nothing but excellent. Special thanks to Jamie for uncapping the gas supply, servicing the boiler and providing gas certificate all in one comprehensive and speedy visit, amazing work Celsius team.
