At Celsius Plumbers, we are all things boilers, central heating and plumbing and cover Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian.
We specialise in central heating boiler repairs and servicing, boiler replacements and installations as well as general plumbing ranging from tap repairs, toilet repairs through to radiator replacements, central heating chemical flushing and blocked drains.

Was needing my elderly dad’s gas fire serviced and after a quick check of this company online, decided to go ahead with it.
Service engineer kept me informed about the time slot and carried out the service of what is a very old wall mounted gas fire.
Would certainly recommend and use for any gas fire/boiler service I require in future.

New shower fitted. The temperature was erratic and water pressure low.
We asked for an engineer to come back. They sent the same engineer. He said that there was nothing wrong with the temperature, that we were using the shower wrongly. He also said that there was nothing he could do about the water pressure.
We then asked the company to send someone else. They said no- in a text message! They said the water pressure was as good as it will be. Which didn't make sense with a like for like wattage with our previous shower of 8.5kw. No phone call reply. I couldn't speak to anyone in management. Just texts in return to my calls.
They sent an apprentice and he saw straight away that the shower had been fitted incorrectly. The shower dial was upsidedown. He fixed the problem.
The engineer not only fitted the shower incorrectly but took the instructions to the new shower away. On his return he didn't notice the problem which the apprentice noticed in two seconds.
Bad service. Bad communication. Bad management. The most frustrating part was having to get my father and husband to talk to the company after feeling very frustrated and unheard. Also it is this company's policy to pay before the work is carried out! I am now waiting on a partial refund. I have also spent two afternoons waiting in for the company to come. All in all a bad experience.
