I've used Celsius several times, and the service has always been excellent. You pay up front, and you think, 'Wow, they're not cheap' but they turn up promptly, do the job well and that's it. It's a fair price for a proper service, so well done them.

Radiator flush. Technician was excellent. However we were supposed to have work done last Friday and were informed very late that the technician was unable to come that day.

Definitely recommend Celsius Plumbing! Engineer came on time and was very friendly and professional - he fixed a new part to my boiler and it is working perfectly now. Customer service has also been excellent anytime Ive called with queries.

I really love the slickness of Celsius way of operating! They have cracked it! It’s really great to have such a smooth, responsive and reliable company.
Their workmen and engineers are good communicators and solid quality and build clients trust.
Their processes are so smooth: they have reminders to when your service is next due, very smooth links to book and chat for support. Often half the problem is getting workmen to reply but they always do and show up in time as agreed.

Boiler service very good and professional

I would absolutely recommend Celsius Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for a reliable and highly professional company. I have recently got a system boiler converted to a combi boiler and the whole process was flawless; from getting a competitive quote to arranging the installation within the days of me accepting the quote, the installation itself and customer service & support. Jamie and Zack arrived promptly at 8 am on both days and did a fantastic job completing the installation in 1.5 days in line with the estimate provided, and to the highest standard. They are both friendly, highly skilled professionals and happy to answer any queries I had. Due to the age of my old boiler, there were some unexpected modifications that had to be made to make my new boiler more secure on the wall. Jamie and Zack have quickly come up with a solution which they were able to complete, as well as doing additional work to lower the piping in the cupboard where the hot water cylinder was, to provide me with more storage space. The customer service is also second to none with instant communication happy to answer any questions. I am delighted with my new boiler and Celsius will be my go to company for any heating and plumbing work going forward.
