Needed to replace a leaking pressurised hot water tank quickly. First five enquiries to 'trusted traders' were unsatisfactory and wasted valuable time. Tried again and Celsius turned up trumps with a competitive quote in the shortest time. Excellent communication with Ian in the office. Excellent service, job completed by Blair quickly and professionally, including fixing problems with the heating. Cannot recommend Celsius highly enough.

Gas boiler service. I have used Celsius over the last few years, boiler services, central heating problem, fitting a new radiator. I have always found that Celsius provides an excellent service from their Customer Services to their engineers, electricians etc. Celsius provides a helpful ‘written’ quote upfront and their communication is excellent.

Connor had previously attended my house related to the current issue so had an idea of the issues. He was punctual , polite and courteous to my wife and I. He listened to trying to explain what had been happening. Then assessed our boiler and radiators. Explained what the likely issue were and possible solutions.
He left stating he’d send his report promptly to hopefully speed up getting the problem(s) resolved.

I recently moved into my flat and decided to have the boiler serviced and a Legionella check straight away. Connor and his colleague were on time, thorough, and quick. They also made sure I understood the potential issues with my boiler and what my next steps might be.

Boiler and radiator maintenance to satisfy warranty. I also have a new carbon monoxide monitor fitted and a gas fire maintained.
Very efficient, reliable and professional.
Attend when they agree, know what they are there to do and it is often someone who has maintained the device in previous years. That gives me confidence that team is well established and experienced.
