Celsius supplied and installed a new boiler for me a couple of years ago. I subsequently took up a maintenance contract. There was a issue with the most recent appointment that meant the engineer didn’t turn up. Celsius quickly rearranged an appointment. Connor made sure I was the first available appointment on the day. He turned up on time and carried out the boiler service quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service provided by Celsius.

Landlord gas, legionella, carbon monoxide, PAT, and lead water tests all done. Gas hob disconnected and removed. Helpful friendly service with plenty of useful advice into the bargain.

Connor was very professional, he carried out our gas boiler service and checked all the radiators. The service was very easy and convenient to book and pay online. Arrived at the scheduled time and conducted the service very professionally. Very satisfied, highly recommended

Connor performed gas safety checks at my property, and was incredibly professional throughout. The process was quick, and next steps were clearly explained to me. I was also given an indication of when I would receive the final report. Overall, would recommend this provider.

Excellent service as usual from the Celsius team. This time going above and beyond by waiting almost 2 hours for Scottish Water to turn up. I’ve had several jobs done over the years including a new gas boiler. This time it was a smaller job to replace a broken mains stop valve. They always turn up on time, are efficient and professional.

Overall, I am very happy with Celsius who I have used for boiler servicing for several years. However, I would prefer a breakdown of costs when I am trying to decide on accepting a quotation for a repair and unfortunately this is not company policy which I find a little disappointing
