Excellent service as usual from the Celsius team. This time going above and beyond by waiting almost 2 hours for Scottish Water to turn up. I’ve had several jobs done over the years including a new gas boiler. This time it was a smaller job to replace a broken mains stop valve. They always turn up on time, are efficient and professional.

Overall, I am very happy with Celsius who I have used for boiler servicing for several years. However, I would prefer a breakdown of costs when I am trying to decide on accepting a quotation for a repair and unfortunately this is not company policy which I find a little disappointing

Radiator replaced. Great service from the office in helping ensure we got what we wanted. Communication from plumber was excellent and work was carried out quickly and effectively.

We had a leaking toilet, the unit is a closed cistern fitting flush against the wall so we had no idea were the leak was coming from.
So after reading the reviews of Celsius Plumbing and Heating on this site I gave them a call after sending them a photo they agreed to do the job, I was quoted a price which we were happy with and we had a plumber within a few days.
They were very professional and friendly phoned me on the day to say what time they would be there, job was completed within the hour and no mess or things to get rid of.
Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Prices and service good but can not recommend just for scheduling. Gave 4h window of visit could not specify shorter timeframe and engineer could not call at leadt 30 mins or 10 mins before visit either. Spent 3.5 h waiting guessing if they would come when finally showed up. I did not live in the property so had to travel and wait for long wasting my time.

Normally get our annual service done by Celcius and they are great. The boiler developed a problem unexpectedly and they came out within a couple of days to fix it. They also offered help over the phone in the meantime so we could get it back on. Connor kept us updated about his arrival and was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

Great work! Installation of the plumbing for a dishwasher and hooking up the dishwasher was done in under an hour. There's a small leak and the plumbers came right back and fixed it up the same day
