Another excellent experience dealing with the Celsius team. They carried out our boiler service in a professional and friendly manner. Turning up on time, answering questions and offering advice. Definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs for the house.

We discovered a leak in our washing machine hose. Celsius responded quickly to our enquiry and the process for booking an engineer visit was very smooth. Aaron the engineer was prompt, friendly & communicative and replaced the hose quickly & efficiently as well as checking for any other issues. Great experience all round, would book Celsius again!

Cannot rate Celsius highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler or work done to their central heating. They were very quick in getting back to me with quotes and checked which communication method (WhatsApp, email, phone) I preferred. Jamie was extremely helpful in discussing the questions I had after researching the different options and boiler manufacturers during the survey. Ian who arranged the appointments answered some further queries by text, and even recommended a local tradesperson when I mentioned I needed work done elsewhere! Blair and Connor who installed the boiler were also excellent and finished everything within 5 hours, despite needing additional works to upgrade my set-up from a c.1990s boiler. They did lots of checks to make sure everything was working properly before they left and also went to the trouble of bleeding all my radiators for me! From start to finish this took a week, and all for a reasonable price. I’m so grateful to them.

I've used Celsius several times, and the service has always been excellent. You pay up front, and you think, 'Wow, they're not cheap' but they turn up promptly, do the job well and that's it. It's a fair price for a proper service, so well done them.
