Dishwasher drainage pump was blocked. Rang at 9 am. Came round an hour and a half after contact and job was done an hour later. Great service. Recommended.

Billy from BR Domestic fixed our washing machine. I called on the Sunday and he was out the following day. Very good value for money and extremely trust worthy. He was unobtrusive and got the job done extremely fast.

Called last night and arrived this afternoon to fix our oven. It needed a new element and a small electrical repair, which was all fixed within half an hour. He was very polite and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The engineer quickly fixed our dishwasher on the day of contacting the company. Luckily no parts were needed and the issue was identified and put right on the spot. We had an issue where a Bosch washing machine was not starting. Billy identified the problem as a child lock mistakenly engaged and was able to rectify it simply by talking us through steps on the phone. An excellent service.

Having accidentally dropped washing up liquid in Neff dishwasher I received the dreaded E15 code. Found BR on Trusted Trader and rang Billy on a weekend and he came as promised 2 days later. Billy is a pro and a fantastic engineer. He stripped the machine and then spent a long time clearing all the soap from it and I’m pleased to say it is working now.

I had a problem with my integrated washing machine Billy was reconnected to me by a friend I could not be happier Billy arrived a couple hours after my phone call fixed the problem charge a reasonable and affordable price and had no more problems with my washing machine I’d definitely use Billy again and would hundred percent recommend to anyone, reliable fast service professional and affordable great service.

I highly recommend Billy, I called him about a problem with my tumble drier, he came out the very next day, took my machine away to investigate the problem which he was able to fix thankfully and he delivered the drier back the next morning! I would not hesitate to use him again should I need to.

The door on the Beko washing machine wouldn’t open after it’s cycle , wet clothes were in for 3 days as it was over the weekend & the soonest l could contact an engineer was 9am last Tuesday. I looked at Trusted Trader & as impressed by Billy’s reviews, called him & he said he would try & come round that day. I was amazed to have such an instant response & although he didn’t have the part on him , he ordered one & returned the following evening to fit it. I would certainly recommend him to anyone & good to know that he can repair most domestic items as things do break down!

Having a new oven supplied and fitted , Billy was excellent took time to take me through the workings of new oven ,if I had any problems ,just phone him and he would pop in and sort them out .Would recommend this company .

My fan oven wasn’t working so I phoned Billy of BR Domestic Appliance to arrange an appointment. He told me the cost of the call out charge and the faulty item upfront which I felt was a good fair price. He appeared within 30 mins and had the job completed very efficiently.

I contacted this company based on Trusted Trader reviews, as I had a problem with my washing machine which wouldn't empty, and they were all spot on.
I emailed for a quote and Billy Rutherford got back to me that evening asking me to phone the following morning with more details. He informed me clearly of his charges and I couldn't believe that he came out the same afternoon and fixed it.
It turned out not to be the pump but just clogged up so it was just the call out charge. While here he set straight to work and was friendly and polite and had the job done in no time. Would definitely use him again and recommend to others.
