Billy provided a simply excellent service. He answered my initial call about a washing machine problem, explained the procedure for repair, gave an indicative cost and agreed to come the following day. Everything was repaired within a day of my initial call. The repair was a little more extensive however Billy had the spare part and also informed me of the additional work required. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Billy uninstalled my old dishwasher, which was hard wired to the electricity and left it outside my property. Once the new dishwasher was delivered outside my property, he came back and installed it. As I was getting the old dishwasher recycled via the company supplying the new dishwasher, it was important to me that Billy took out the old dishwasher before the new one arrived. He agreed times in advance and was very reliable, and he carried out a good job. As this was during the Covid19 lockdown, Billy wore a protective mask and gloves. I would recommend him.

Billy was punctual, pleasant and very experienced. He got direct to the problem with our oven and fixed it promptly, his costs were very reasonable.

I would certainly use his services again.

Washing machine broke down during the lock-down. Billy came out the same day, armed with his tool kit, mask and gloves. With his great knowledge and experience, the washing machine fault was diagnosed and fixed within the hour. Happy to recommend such a friendly and hard-working professional.

We had a problem with our fridge door's hinges. Billy found that they were broken and there was no ideal place to mount the replacements. He came up with a bunch of options to fix this, talked them through with us, and tried them out. In the end, everything was perfect, despite the tricky situation, and it's been working well for several months since. I'd definitely recommend using him.

Billy responded at very short notice for a washing machine repair I needed - he visited 4 hours after I called him (compare the 5 day waiting list via Bosch service centre). He took time on the phone to clarify exactly what my assessment of the problem was and turned up when he said he would (a shame to say, but you cant even take that for granted any more). Billy was polite, business like and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He worked in this kind of role for 30 years or more before setting up his own business, so he has the experience to diagnose and fix quickly. He had my job done in a little more than 1/2 hour and I was more than happy to pay the going rate (which is extremely reasonable by the way), for the work he did. The machine now works perfectly. I cannot recommend Billy highly enough. An easy 5 stars *****

Washing machine repair - Billy was great, he answered to arrange appointment despite being on holiday, he arrived on time and in line with covid guidance. Really professional and helpful and gave great advice when it was really too expensive to repair but pointed me to a solution that worked.

We were having problems with our washing machine cutting out mid-cycle and not draining or rinsing properly. William came out promptly, and provided honest, fair advice about the likely nature of the issue and the efficacy of the work he did. He was polite and friendly and the fee he charged was very fair. I had a new oven fitted. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Very punctual and the service was excellent. I would have no qualms about recommending his services.

Came on time. Identified where the washing machine was leaking from as the fill hose. Gave me the option of paying full service at £65 to fit hose, £35 service charge for call out and I buy another hose from elsewhere and fit myself or £35 call-out charge and he'd sell me the hose for £8 and I'd fit myself. I chose the latter and was very satisfied.

I contacted Billy as I had a wire stuck in the drum of my washing machine. He was able to come out the following day and fixed the problem within 30 mins. He also noticed a problem with the way the machine had been fitted and fixed that for me aswell. Lovely guy, very friendly and great value for money service. Would recommend and will definitely contact him again in the future for any other appliance repair needs.

We cannot praise Billy enough. During these challenging times of Coronavirus, Billy came to our rescue. You see, we live in Switzerland, and my mother-in-law in Edinburgh. My mother-in-law's washing machine started making an awful noise and not spinning properly. So step 1, reach out to Billy (having found him on this site with great reviews). After discussion with him we decided to look for a new machine. Step 2, Billy went and disconnected the old machine, and then when the new machine was delivered he went back (the same day) and installed it (step 3). He went over an above in helping mum and we cannot thank him enough. He was reliable, efficient, caring and given he was dealing with an unusual situation extremely adaptable. My husband, myself and my mother-in-law would all recommend Billy highly. He made a challenging situation manageable especially when other traders and companies are being less helpful. He was also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much Billy, you are our hero of the times.

Great service. My washing machine broke down last night. Within 24 hours, Billy quoted call out cost and fixed it on the same day. He explained problem and completed the work quickly. Very reasonable costs and extremely friendly service. Would happily use him again and recommend.
