As the work needed a part to be ordered, he contacted me to explain this and check the cost was ok before going ahead with the work.

I called Billy to arrange a repair of a Bosch washing machine. He gave an estimate of cost over the phone and came next day as arranged. He is clearly very experienced and knows what he is doing. He fitted new carbon brushes to the motor and reground the armature. The machine now works perfectly. He was also careful regarding Covid precautions, e.g. wearing a mask to come through my home. All in all a refreshingly competent and fuss-free service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

My washing machine broke and with 2 small children, I was concerned about it getting fixed during the lock down.
On contacting Bill, he arrived in a couple of hours and was efficient, helpful and great value. He took particular care by wearing gloves and a mask and was very clear how he could and would assist while maintaining the rules of social distancing etc. I was extremely grateful and impressed with his approach. I thoroughly thoroughly recommend to anyone. Never have I been so pleased to hear my washing machine whirring again/attack the laundry! Thank you.

Washing machine leaking from door. Contacted Billy and received quick reply. Gave me an idea on the phone as to likely cause and an estimate of cost. Arrived when promised next day and completed repair quickly. Service excellent and in a friendly manner. Would recommend to anybody.

We had guests in our flat and the washing machine door would not open. Rang Billy who recognised the urgency of the situation and squeezed in the repair the following day. His rate was very reasonable so I've bookmarked him on my phone just in case....!

This was the first time I have used BR Domestic Appliance Specialist but it won't be the last. Billy was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job of fixing my Rangemaster oven and grill, going out of his way to source parts which are now becoming obsolete due the the age of the cooker. I can't recommend Billy highly enough. He arrived when he said he would, on-going communication was excellent and I thought the price for the job was very fair.

Mr Rutherford showed up promptly to fix my washing machine. I would recommend him.

I am so pleased with the excellent service provided by Billy. He has a marvelous work ethic displaying knowledge, experience, punctuality and the patience to explain what was required along with the cost. Billy is such an obliging person.
He turned up when he said he would, was respectful of my property and was a very efficient and tidy tradesman. He is clearly very knowledgable and sourced the fault in my Siemens oven which wasn’t what I originally thought it to be. He tested it thoroughly afterwards to make sure everything was working as it should be.
In today’s world of very high prices I don’t think you could get a better priced job.

A mouse had chewed through the waste pipe on our dishwasher. Billy replied to my text within a couple of hours, checked some information to make sure he was likely to be able to help and came out the next morning. He fixed the problem, was straightforward to deal with and his charging was very fair and easy to understand. I would recommend him unreservedly. Thanks for great service and outcome!
