I contacted Billy of BR Domestic Appliances. We discussed on the phone the problem I was having with my washing machine. Billy advised that the most likely problem was to do with the drum bearings. He said that due to the age of the machine (10years) it would not be cost effective to replace these. Also that it would be unlikely he would be able to source replacement ones for my model of machine due to its age. I really appreciated his advice and that he also saved me £35 call out charge. I will certainly recommend and use BR in the future.

Would highly recommend Billy. Very reliable and arrived when he said he would. He was very happy to arrange a time most suitable to me to install a new oven and hob (which he sourced for me). Even although I live in East Lothian he was happy to carry out the work in the evening. Delighted with my new appliances and his workmanship. Already have Billy booked for another job.

He responded to an initial text immediately. He came to do the job when arranged and completed the repair expertly.

Mr Rutherford came out later the same day as I called to fix our broken oven (even during the pandemic) He very quickly identified and fixed the problem.
Also, he observed social distancing & wore a mask & gloves - which was very much appreciated.
If we ever need any work done again, we’ll definitely be contacting him.

Fantastic Service! He came out on a Sunday, the day after I phoned, and two days before Christmas. Successfully repaired the machine. A very nice man as well.
