Had been highly recommended by another company who do not cover call outs in the Rutherford, West Linton Area. Although had a busy day ahead Billy was able to call at lunch time and fix the problem with my oven, having made the phone call earlier in the morning.
Appreciated call out fee being given prior to visit.
Excellent customer service and would have no hesitation in using again.

My oven broke down and I found only a few of people able to fix it. I'm pleased I chose Billy because he came and diagnosed the problem very quickly, secured the necessary part required and came back again quickly to install the new part. I'd highly recommend Billy.

I contacted company 9am on Monday morning and Billy was here by lunchtime same day to fix my oven which was not heating up. He fitted a new element and job was done and dusted by 2pm. I was given a price before he started the job and I was very satisfied with the service and the price. I would not hesitate to use him again.

My initial query was followed up by Billy within five minutes and a visit arranged to suit me. The cost was clearly explained in advance. He arrived early, quickly identified the fault and the machine was repaired within an hour. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him very highly.

Tried living with a half functioning oven but one short visit and it’s sorted. Service was promt and he was totally up front with coatings through the whole process always checking I was happy to proceed. Happy to recommend or use again

Billy was able to come out the next day and was right on time.
He explained what was wrong with our machine, how much it would cost and asked if I wanted to proceed.
He worked quickly and was done within an hour.
It actually cost less than he estimated as he didn't have to replace one part.

I have used Billy twice now after he was recommended on another site. The first time he fixed my dishwasher the day after I called him. I was really impressed so contacted him to fix a washing machine in my rental property. He visited the same day (a Friday) and as the machine was so old and too expensive to fix, he sourced and fitted new machine and took the other one away within 2 days. Excellent service and highly recommend!

5 star service! Washing machine broke down.. Called Billy late afternoon and he came out very next day. Confirmed that the motor circuit board would be too costly to repair, so asked him if he could supply a new machine, which to my delight was delivered and plumbed in the very next day at a very reasonable price. Prompt, professional, courteous, reliable.. highly recommend!

Billy was happy to travel to Pencaitland to remove my integrated dishwasher.
He is very friendly and reliable (he replied to my original contact form almost immediately) and turned up at exactly the arranged time.
After removing the dishwater, Billy made a great job of improving the appearance of the space left so that it is ready for a new freestanding appliance - this was unexpected and much appreciated. He tidied up and took the dishwasher away for me. I will happily recommend Billy and I will be contacting him again if any appliances need repaired.

Outstanding service. Called Saturday evening washing machine back up and running Monday morning. Advice also given regarding machine which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Billy replaced a broken grill element on our AEG oven - essentially did what he said right from the initial contact. Stayed in touch, turned up when he said and fixed the issue quickly and then charged less !!!! First time to write a review but he deserves the full 5. Very good service.
