Mr Rutherford came on time, reviewed the problem with the door of the washing machine and gave helpful advice and sorted the issue. The cooker is level again - Delighted with the result. Would definitely use the firm again.

Had an oven breakdown that needed sorted quickly . Billy (arrived the next day) when said he would . He carried out the repair like he said he would . Cleaned up like he said he would and it was a fair price . Very happy with the friendly efficient service and would use him again .

Our washing machine was not spinning and Mr.B Rutherford fixed it easily explaining what was wrong with it and gave us a reasonable price for the parts and labour. Above and beyond service which you rarely see nowadays.

Repaired oven and control switch and a jammed washing machine drawer. Contacted BR yesterday and job done this afternoon. Friendly and helpful man and very pleased with work will use him again and pleased to recommend him to others.

Washing machine would not drain. Tried draining water away manually and unblocking but problem was not solved. Phoned Billy on Monday. He quoted costs depending on whether he could unblock or would need parts or tell me machine needed replaced. He came on Tuesday as agreed. He sorted it out quite quickly and cost was as quoted. Very pleased.

I contacted company 9am on Monday morning and Billy was here by lunchtime same day to fix my oven which was not heating up. He fitted a new element and job was done and dusted by 2pm. I was given a price before he started the job and I was very satisfied with the service and the price. I would not hesitate to use him again.

My washing machine was making funny noises during a spin cycle nd a friend suggested I contacted BR Domestic Appliance Specialist so I called and Billy came out the next day and fixed my machine there and then! If any of my other appliances break down I know who I will be contacting!
