I have used Billy several times for different repairs. He is thoroughly reliable, arrives when he says he will, clean & efficient. A very trustworthy , friendly and professional wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. First class service.

He replaced a broken spiral ring on an old electric cooker.

This was not a particularly easy job, but he persisted and the replacement ring was tested and is working perfectly. He seemed very competent, with many years experience of domestic appliance repair work. I would definitely call him out again if needed, and recommend him to friends and family.

He was courteous and wearing work uniform, and took anti Covid 19 virus precautions, wearing a mask, having used antiseptic gel, and he thoroughly washed his hands before leaving.

The dishwasher in my tenanted flat had stopped working so I was looking for a tradesman who could have a look and see if it was worth repairing. I found BR Domestics (Billy) online and liked the reviews so asked him to call my tenants and arrange to have a look at it. He did this and said that the dishwasher was beyond repair (it was over 10 years old).
He advised that I bought one online and got it delivered to the flat and he would fit it and take the old one away. He kept in touch with my tenants and once the new dishwasher was delivered he arranged fitting. There were a few adjustments that he also sorted out with the kitchen units and he did a great job.
He kept me informed of the all the repairs and costs of the job and I would recommend him.

Our oven stopped heating up so I called BR Repairs who fitted us in within 24 hours. Billy is efficient and got the job done really quickly.

We have 3 children, 2 of whom are disabled so we actually have 2 washing machines for all the laundry. One wasn’t working (Logik brand) and a well known company that I initially called told me it was too difficult to get parts for Logik and then tried to sell me a new machine for around £600! Without much hope but desperate to try to get our machine fixed asap I called BR Domestics after reading the many positive reviews. Billy came right away and ordered the part we needed without any problems then came to fit it it as soon as the part arrived. A fraction of the price of a new machine. I see why he gets all the positive reviews - well deserved !

My washing stopped spinning Billy came out the next day to fix it. I explained the issue I was having and he immediately went right to the problem which was a blocked pipe under my sink. Very reasonable price and professional. Would certainly recommend him.

I called Billy yesterday evening and he made himself available to fix my washing machine the next morning. A really sweet man, Billy was reassuring, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately knew what was required. His eye for detail meant he also spotted a secondary fault with the machine that would have caused it to flood the room when next used. All in all the fix took him less than an hour and the cost was good value for the parts, labour and the peace of mind. I cannot recommend him enough.

My initial query was followed up by Billy within five minutes and a visit arranged to suit me. The cost was clearly explained in advance. He arrived early, quickly identified the fault and the machine was repaired within an hour. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would recommend him very highly.

I am delighted to find someone who has a friendly and professional approach which inspires confidence. All prices for repair of the possible faults causing the breakdown of my washing machine were given in advance and not altered at the time. He was very competent and efficient, finding and repairing the fault quickly as well as checking it was in good working order before leaving. Excellent job just what is needed.
