Called Billy out on Christmas eve to fix oven. He was there and had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great service.

Problem fitting a new oven element in my elderly mothers cooker (issues with spare
part fitting and access through back of cooker). Called Billy the afternoon before, and
with in 24hrs he arrived and fixed the element within 40mins. Especially impressed
with the way he conducted himself - so much so that he even tried to re-fit a door on one of my mothers kitchen unit despite him not being there to do it !!.
We always say we will use someone's services again when we fill out the after work
questionnaires - this is one of the instances where I will use them again. Will definitely be keeping Billy's business card in my wallet.

Billy mended our Dryer.
He was super quick and efficient and turned up when he said he was going to.

Phoned Billy about 12 midway to see if he could put my oven door back on as I couldn’t get it back on after cleaning it .
He promptly arrived about 2.30 looked at it and he said he hadn’t seen one like this before but 20 minutes later it was back on after numerous members of the family trying for nearly a week.

I used Billy's services when our Washing Machine broke recently. He turned up at very short notice and diagnosed the fault promptly. Called to get an hose repair on my Dyson before 11 this morning . Job was done before lunch with no hassle and very happy with the price

Needed a Dyson hoover repaired. Spoke to Billy in the morning, he picked the hoover up in the afternoon. Dropped it off 2 days later in mint condition. He observed social distancing and wore a mask.
Very reasonably priced too.

Billy came out to my property to have a look at my washing machine which had stopped working mid-cycle. Over the phone he explained his pricing clearly, which was appreciated. He found the source of the problem and stayed to make sure it was all fully resolved. He additionally made sure the machine was level and we had a nice chat too. Investigation of leak in washing machine and repair. Mr Rutherford came promptly and made clear his pricing and the options of repair or replacement. He had the spare part in van so machine was repaired on the spot.

Billy arrived 30 minutes after I phoned to ask if he could have a look at my washing machine which suddenly stopped working. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away! I would highly recommend Billy and will indeed use him if I ever need another appliance fixed in the future.

Our dishwasher is quite old and the broken part was no longer available from the manufacturer however using his skill, Billy was still able to repair the dishwasher probably saving us hundreds of pounds!
