Dishwasher wasn't draining so wasn't working. I looked up recommended traders on this website and went for BR Domestic Appliance Specialist based on their positive reviews. I was very fortunate in that they were able to come out the very same morning I phoned - a bonus to be squeezed in last minute before Christmas. Job was completed quickly and cleanly. Would definitely use again!

Washing machine diagnostics + installation of new machine -

I had a leaking seal on my washing machine. Called BR to see if they could fix the problem. They got back to me with a price and came out the next day to replace the seal with no hassle.
