We called Billy out to repair our built in electric oven. We had no current contacts for this type of work but were impressed by previous reviews we had read on line for BR Domestic Appliance Specialist so decided to go with them.

My Mum recommended Billy to us. We had a problem with the filter on our washing machine. Came out on Hogmanay to fix it at just a few hours notice. Fixed the machine and got it working again, removing the blockage. Really happy with the service, would definitely use again.

It was a Saturday and the oven element blew mid way through cooking a big dinner for a family celebration. I called around a few places but knew it would be hard to get someone at such short notice on a Saturday afternoon. One place I called suggested I call Billy and yes, fantastic, he shifted things around and came over as soon as he could. He fitted the right element and got the over working again, and back in went the food!
He is polite, tells you what he is doing and does not bamboozle you with terminology OR treat you like you don't know anything.
I will use his services again next time something needs fixed. Recommend!!!

Finding that my washing machine had stopped working one afternoon, I phoned BR Domestic Appliance Specialist after seeing consistently positive reviews online from other customers, and I’m glad I did! William was helpfully clear on the phone about what the costs for labour and parts would be if the problem was what he thought it might be (and reassuringly clear that it would be just a much smaller call out fee if it proved to be unfixable). He was able to fit me in the next morning, and arrived as scheduled (texting ahead). He worked quickly to diagnose and repair the problem (worn motor brushes that needed replacing), and tested the machine was working before he left. His very reasonable charge was exactly in line with what he’d estimated on the phone and my washing machine has been continuing to work fine. Recommended!

Bobby was great, he came out at short notice on a Saturday afternoon and he arrived when he said he would. He had the part in his van and fixed our washing machine in no time. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

Phoned this company regarding my dishwasher that was showing an error code. They were really helpful and rather than come out and charge me suggested what I might do easily myself to clear the code, which worked! So unusual these days to get someone friendly and helpful, would definitely make me want to use them again if needed.

Billy came out to us at short notice to look at our oven which had stopped heating up. Given current COVID-19 conditions, he arrived with a face mask & gloves. He worked away in the kitchen & shouted if he needed us. We have a young child & are so grateful he came & helped fix our oven for us. It was fixed & sorted in half an hour. My oven broke down on 23rd December. I had a very prompt response to my panicked phone call and then a call first thing in the morning to ensure that there would be time to fix my oven for Christmas. Very knowledgable and professional service. Will be using for any further servicing and repairs.
