Kevin did a wonderful job plastering two walls in our flat and fixing some cracks in the external wall of the extension.
He was very professional and friendly and had great knowledge to answer any questions we had. He charged a reasonable price. We would definitely hire Kevin again.

Prior to the work the estimator and office staff were very easy to deal with when I identified had missed one wall from the initial quote they were able to requote quickly without hassle. The process was made easy by the whole team and would recommend.

I was very impressed with the overall service provided by J. Shearer. They dont see any job as too small, dont invent repairs nor do they say your roof is is a terrible state and requires everything replaced. Surveyers are very knowledgeable, guys that did my job worked flat out and also manged to so a couple of other repairs tthey spotted. They use a drone fitted with a camera and provide you with pics of before/after repair. I could see clearly broken and misplaced tiles, gutter blockages etc.,
All staff I came in contact were polite and informative, nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend J. Shearer to anybody that needs repairs on their Roof.

Steven was very quick to respond and to arrange a visit. He was very responsive to querys and to updates on arrival time. He arrived bang on time and efficiently carried out the service and certification. He was really good explaining to me what he was doing, and advising me.
