Review a trader

After a slightly delayed start due to communication error (it was only a week later) I am very impressed with the conduct and way I was treated. They did an amazing job of the garden, which had become very overgrown with weeds due to wheelchair ramp. They also came back two weeks later, as promised, to spray the weeds again to get rid of any stragglers. They didn’t charge a penny until I was absolutely satisfied with result. A wee bit pricier than other quotes but the job done, and service given(manners of staff) was worth it. They also repaired fence that had blown down in storm.

My dad is 92 and was very happy with the roofing work carried out on his house. The tradesmen were very good and explained at every stage what they were doing. They also tidied up well after.We are delighted with the new roof.

Kitchen work completed. Phil Callum and Jack were excellent. Competent, very tidy, efficient, communicative and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the results and the way they all went about the work, so would be delighted to recommend them.

Carpets fitted and doors trimmed.

The timing was perfect from the measurements taken, carpets being fitted and doors being trimmed.
Brian organised everything so well and was extremely helpful, the joiner went above and beyond with all the doors that needed done.
And the aftercare from the office (sorry I didn’t get the ladies name) was also very helpful.

Fixed tumble dryer - found blockage in an area difficult to access. Would use again.

Good communication throughout, plumbers arrived on time, showed respect for my property, resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

Very efficient service, panels and associated installation materials delivered, day before, and works carried out, the next day. Everything left tidy and clean. Very pleased with solar panel output and hopefully registration with supplier will go smoothly.
