I have had solar panels, batteries and an EV charger installed by Hosie. Richard was knowledgeable and offered good advice with regards to location of the batteries. The quote was competitive and without any hard sell.

We've used Portobello Roofing twice now. The first time, it was after we'd had some work done, and the roofers left a hole that was leaking and refused to fix it. James and his team responded the same day, fixed all the slates, and even came back two more times to find the hole.

We then called them again, when we had another leak, they came the same day, got us in that week, and the hole was fixed.

They're extremely professional and do a brilliant job.

We had water coming in through our old, single glazed windows, so we needed them replaced rather quickly. John and his team from Durashields Windows did exactly this for us, and upgraded our windows in the process (double glazing, more durable casements). The job of taking out the old windows and installing the new ones (two tenement windows) was done in a half day, and the contractors did not only install the windows, but also were very considerate of the surroundings, cleaning up after themselves etc.
Throughout the whole process, John and his team were very quick to respond and kept us updated and in the loop consistently. We will definitely return for the exchange and update of the remaining windows in the new year.
