Business Information
MRF Plumbing & Heating specialise in new gas and oil boiler installations, and full central heating systems, in Inverness and throughout the Highlands. The firm was established by Marvin Fullerton in 2009 and has been serving Inverness and the Highlands ever since. Marvin is extremely experienced in the industry, having been a sub-contractor for Scottish Gas for many years.
Please note that we are not general plumbers, eg bathroom installations, kitchens, washing machines etc. Our primary business is gas/oil/LPG boiler installations, central heating systems and related servicing.

Inverness and the Highlands, including the Black Isle (Cromarty, Rosemarkie, Fortrose, Avoch, Culbokie, Munlochy, Beauly, Muir of Ord), Dingwall, Evanton, Alness, Invergordon, Tain, Nairn. Plus other locations within a 30 mile radius of Inverness.

I’ve been using MRF Plumbing to service my boiler every year and have always been really happy with the service. He’s reliable, friendly and professional, and always takes the time to make sure everything is working properly.
It’s great to have someone you can trust to do a good job and give you honest advice when needed. He always turns up when he says he will and leaves everything tidy afterwards.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable heating engineer. I’ll definitely continue using him for my boiler servicing.

From first quote to a warm-house a few weeks later, Marvin and the team were outstanding.
We had a new oil system installed - tank + combi-boiler replacing an old biomass system. This also involved a new Hive thermostat too.
Marvin was responsive to communication, priced competitively, and turned it all around really quickly.
We couldn't be happier going into our first winter in the house without the chore of long-shifts feeding an ancient biomass boiler.

The complete installation was very professionally done and the servicing and advice each year has been excellent and would be my first port of call for a replacement if required

New gas connection installed and new gas
boiler fitted to replace old oil boiler. Marvin arrived bang on time both days (with a helper), and only stopped for a short lunch break. They tidied everything up before they left and explained how it all worked. They were very friendly and courteous.

MRF installed a combo boiler for us. Their quotation was comprehensive and clear. They were very professional, efficient, prompt and friendly. The work was carried out to a high standard and the operation of the boiler clearly explained. Marvin also dealt with the Guarantee Registration with Worcester Bosch.

Replacement oil boiler complicated by my running out of oil a few days before replacement day. Marvin responded quickly and efficiently, organising an electrician to do connections and some modernising of existing wiring.
