The firm was established by Marvin Fullerton in 2009 and has been serving Inverness and the Highlands ever since. MRF installed a combo boiler for us. Their quotation was comprehensive and clear. They were very professional, efficient, prompt and friendly. The work was carried out to a high standard and the operation of the boiler clearly explained. Marvin also dealt with the Guarantee Registration with Worcester Bosch.

Replacement oil boiler complicated by my running out of oil a few days before replacement day. Marvin responded quickly and efficiently, organising an electrician to do connections and some modernising of existing wiring.

We needed a new boiler and knew people who had used MRF Plumbing and Heating. We emailed for a quote , which was promptly done. Absolutely mo pressure to accept the comprehensive and clear quote . We accepted the quote and didnt have long for an appointment to replace the boiler. Dare and time were set. The job took all day and they didnt leave until everything was checked and was working properly. I was walked through how to operated everything and was told I could contact them if I had any problems. Very professional and pleasant to have in the house doing the job. Thank you .

I would highly recommend MRF Plumbing to anyone who needs a replacement boiler or a service of an existing boiler. Marvin installed our boiler a few years ago and services the boiler each year. The price for installation was so competitive as is the fee for servicing. All prices were confirmed prior to completion and all done with no mess. Kept fully up to date with planned visits. Very helpful and friendly.

This job was to fit a new combi boiler. I arranged this on behalf of my dad and as I live a distance away I was worried about not having face to face contact with the company. They did an excellent job right from the start and kept me fully informed. Always turned up when they said they would from the quote stage through to completion of the job.
The quote was comparable to 2 other quotes I received and no additional costs were added during the job.
