Window and Door Dr

We had our patio door realigned to allow the lock to work. Shaun did this very quickly and efficiently. We were extremely pleased with his work and relieved to have a secure door once more.

Two large windows suppliers/ manufacturers told us our 5 year old window (faulty spring/balance) was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Then I came across Shaun’s van in the street and contacted him. He provided a reasonable estimate then sourced and replaced the faulty parts; the window’s as good as new!

Had two PVC doors serviced so they work properly and smoothly again. Shaun was great: gave good initial advice at the quote time and then came and did what he said he would, keeping me updated on the work and any issues. Very pleased.

Used the company a couple of times now for a number of different jobs. Turn up when they say the will, keep you informed during the job and all repairs done to an excellent standard. Wouldn't look anywhere else.

I contacted Shaun as some of my windows hinges needed replaced and required a new vent on one of them. He arranged to visit within a couple of days to inspect each of the windows and provided me with a written quote with 48 hours. I agreed to proceed and the works were done the following week. I am extremely happy with the work carried out and would recommend his services.

Remedial sash and case done to upgrade the poor workmanship we experienced in having the new windows fitted(someone completely unrelated to Shaun). Shaun helped us regain openable windows in a way we couldn't previously do. We were very pleased with his work and will engage him to do future work

Bought new heavy oak/glass doors for our lounge and dining room after taking advice from Shaun as to what would suit the best with regards to our deco etc. Shaun also advised us on which set of hinges would be best for taking the weight of the doors as inferior ones would cause significant damage to the woodwork.
Doors were all fitted/sanded and handles added within a couple of hours and looked absolutely stunning.
Got more jobs lined up for this lovely young man as I genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else now I’ve met him! Professional, courteous and a true craftsman
