Great service from
Thomson heating. After receiving original quote for a boiler and also radiator to be fitted I thought I’d be waiting a while before they would be able to do the job but they managed to get me booked in for the following week. The engineer arrived within the agreed time and although he had a 2nd engineer coming in the afternoon to help he thought it still might be too much to get done in the same day. The office called me to explain they may have to book me back in to complete , however I then got another phone call to let me know a third engineer would be coming to make sure it was all done and the original engineer was also willing to work a bit longer.
So thankful that they had been able to make sure all my work was completed the same day. Really happy with the service we received from all involved.

Absolute top class service from start to finish. I was very adamant I wanted a Worcester Bosch boiler after having one in my old house & it being the best in the market and Thomson Heating always got recommended on local pages & via Worcester Bosch themselves. I submitted a query through the website and Debbie contacted me not long afterwards. From that first interaction to the survey, the installation and the after care I’ve been more than happy. We looked hard to find someone to fix issues with boiler and radiators. Many came and difficult to track down afterwards for quote or the quote price was unrealistic

Thomson came, they saw they advised and quoted and they completed all to agreed plan and to high standard. Quote as expected with fair labour and material costs.

Easy process from start to finish as normal.

We reached out to Thomson Heating Group about installing a new boiler. They were great in getting someone out quickly to give us a quote.

The quote was reasonable and they arranged for the work to be done quickly.

All staff were professional and they really helped us through the process step by step.

We had some small things that we needed fixed as well, like a lockshield on a radiator. They were very helpful even with the smallest of tasks and everything was done quickly.

If we ever need further assistance we will definitely contact them again.

Installation of new gas boiler

From the pre installation to the completion not only was the engineer efficient and considerate but the customer service support staff in the office also made the whole experience of dealing with Thomson Heating Group a process without flaw and something we would be delighted to be involved with in any future projects of this nature.

I have been using Thomson Heating for a number of years to service and repair my boiler. Recently my boiler required replacing. I was given excellent advice and constant communication before, during and after the installation. There is no doubt that I will continue to use Thomson Heating in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars for David, I would. Absolute top notch service received from the minute I contacted Thomson Heating to the minute they left. Quoted for new boiler and installed within 48 hour turn around - game changing service! Staff in the office could not have been more helpful and nice either! My Boiler went on the blink leaving me with no heating and no hot water , not great especially this time of year.
After contacting Thomson Heating Group he was able to fit me in and came out 30 minutes after me contacting them.
Problem fixed and Heating and hot water back on. So grateful to them and would highly recommend.

We had a very old boiler replaced with a modern combo. A lot of reconfiguring of pipe work and water supply required.

I had a boiler replaced

I’ve just had a new boiler installed and the work done was superb. I was given a choice of two boilers which was good. The communication with the company was exceptional. On the day of installation I was expecting half of my kitchen to be ripped out (cause that’s what I’ve been told from other company when sourcing new boiler) but much to my surprise nothing like that happened, not even the cupboard the old boiler was in had to be taken apart. It was quick and clean too. I was very pleasantly surprised and now I can enjoy warm flat. This is not the first time I was dealing with this company and definitely not last, and I recommend to everyone knowing everyone will be happy with the service provided.

Thomsons helped me out with a boiler issue where the house builder let us down. Customer service was outstanding. Best experience I have had with a contractor. Will be recommending to friends and family.
