Replaced a 16 year old Worcester boiler with a new model. Good advice given , good communication with the office and a trouble free installation. This company did what it said it would on time and at the price given. 10/10.

Our boiler had stopped working during a cold spell leaving us without hot water and heat.

New central heating boiler installed. We were very happy with the service from David and Chris from Thomson Heating. David was very thorough in trying to diagnose the initial fault when we had no heating and then arranging a quick installation date when we decided to go with a new boiler to replace our 20+ year old boiler. Several options were provided in different price ranges. Chris was punctual, professional and worked extremely hard on installation day. Very happy customer.

I have had my central heating system serviced by Thomson heating group for the past few years and have now taken out an annual heating service plan. I have always found them to be courteous and professional, and I have always felt that my heating system is in experienced hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and plan to continue to use their service for years to come.
