We had four sets of windows double glazed.
I would like to say that we have been most impressed with the service. Even when a mistake was made with the initial appointment, it was immediately acknowledged and apologised for. We all make mistakes and it is how it is dealt with that is important. We also observed that the estimator came back to double check the measurements when they seemed odd. It was in fact correct. The installation staff were diligent and polite and we were most impressed at the efforts to avoid dust and in their tidying up after the work. We also noted how little of the window frame paintwork was chipped in the work. Well done all.

We have just had a double glazed roof fitted to our conservatory and some case and sash double glazed windows. We are delighted with both. Service was brilliant. Men arrived on time and were extremely efficient. The attention to detail and standard of finish is excellent. It is a great pleasure to deal with tradesmen who take such a pride in the quality of their work. We had a new bathroom window installed. Really pleased with the price and the final result. Team that installed it were very quick and efficient and also very friendly. There was a slight delay to the installation but the communication was always really good and we were not concerned at any point.

We required to replace the original glass in our cupola due to heat loss and leaks. Trinity Glazing removed the old glass, and installed double glazing. The guys were courteous, worked hard and left the house immaculate. I would happily recommend them.
