The person in charge is very nice. They responded the email or answer the questions very quick. They installed my cupola with double glazed unit. The three young man worked very seriously. Even that day is not good weather. But they still done the work very well. They also repaired the broken wood. Thank you so much.

Replacement double glazing windows.
We are delighted with our windows. Trinity provided a professional and efficient service from start to finish. The flat is so much quieter and cosier. The fitters were great and did a really good job. They were very tidy, easy to have in the flat & I missed their singing. I have already recommended them to others.

Trinity Glazing fitted double glazed windows to my B-listed flat in Dunbar. The work was overseen by Ben, who is one of the firm's directors. As well as being pleased with the quality of the windows fitted, I would also like to highlight the service I received from Trinity Glazing, which I would say was first class. Communication and advice were prompt and clear, and any issues were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I would like to thank Ben and his team for the work carried out, and would not hesitate to recommend them to other customers. The windows look great, and are just as I hoped they would be.

We had trinity glazing to fit new timber surrounds on two windows for draught reduction, and secondary glazing on three for noise reduction.
Craig and Stevie were a pleasure to have around the house - they protected all surfaces, cleared up as they went, asked our opinions when needed, and completed all work to a really high standard, including fine details. It felt like they took the care they would have taken in their own homes.
The office were great to deal with too. They were really flexible and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently.
Can't really comment on how their prices compare to other companies because they were the only ones willing to come out and quote for our job, but the price felt fair for the quality of the product and the level of workmanship.

Installation of two double glazed bedroom windows. Initial contact to estimate work was prompt and led to acceptance of the proposed work. Timetable adhered to and work carried out efficiently. The work has only just been completed as of 1 day ago, it looks satisfactory and I am pleased with the appearance and effect. All staff friendly, efficient and helpful.

I had 5 new double glazed windows fitted. The work took 3 days. The window fitters were friendly and professional. I was kept fully informed of the work being carried out. There was a small crack on one of the frames and the window fitters returned to repair the damage. The house was cleaned each day after the work was completed. I am very happy with my new windows.

The team arrived promptly to start the work and took time to discuss the order they would do the installation in and review details around some remedial work required for a specific window. The job completed in one day ahead of expectation.
All work was done with high regard for cleanliness.
I have already recommended them to a friend and we intend to complete the rest of our window installation with them later this year.

Installation of two external and one internal window. I was really impressed with this company and the professional manner of all I had contact with. Particular thanks to the glazers who installed the windows, they did a fantastic job and when they realised the installation of the internal window could cause a fair bit of disruption as it was between two kids rooms, they came up with a plan where more of the work was done back in the workshop to minimise impact in the home. They took all debris with them and left the flat spotless. Highly recommended.

The work was done quickly and efficiently by a polite and friendly team. They took great care to protect all household furnishings and floors. They also protected garden plants which were under a window. The final clean up included vacuuming the floors - real professionalism!

So easy to work with from start to finish and very fairly priced. They replaced the bottom panes of glass following a smah. Suzanne was so fast to respond and work around my dates rearrangements and the gentlemen who came to fit the glass today was so fast, efficient and didn’t leave a smidge of mess behind. Think he had just started his role too.

I was apprehensive about the process of having my old windows taken out and the sort of issues it could leave behind.
However I have to say I am really pleased with the job done, old windows removed and new put in place same day, it looks like the windows were always part of the building, no issues whatsoever!
Thank you to Suzanne and Ben for arranging the work and particularly to Antonio and Steven who carried out the work flawlessly and very meticulously. They are a credit to the company, would recommend these guys!
